Kuredhivaru Resort & Spa Maldives 5성

Magical experience from all angles.. the resort, villa, restaurants, reef, beach, and last but not least the service (The host and also the buggy drivers who were smiling all the time). Special shoutout to Mila for making everything happen (arrangements, reservations, excursions, basically everything) and being available at all times!

Ever since we arrived back home, we have been dying to go back to Kuredhivaru. It truly is a magical paradise, filled with the kindest and most hardworking staff, the best accommodations, the bluest water, and delicious food. From the start: the Kuredhivaru representatives from the airport to the airport lounge were so kind and courteous. It helped make our very long flight a breeze to transition to our last leg of the trip. The lounge was quiet, beautiful, and had plenty of refreshments/snacks. I believe we only waited 45 minutes for our seaplane. (Tip: bring a water bottle and a handheld fan). Once we arrived to the resort, it was as if we stepped into dream. We stayed in the overwater lagoon villa---absolutely breathtaking. It is a LARGE villa, perfect for honeymooners. There is plenty of privacy, a stocked minibar, and the best bathtub ever. Tip--take a beautiful serene bath with the balcony doors open right after sunset. Just heavenly. The villa was very modern, well kept, clean. They even provide bug spray, your own personal flip flops, and a flashlight readily available. Viaam was our wonderful host, who was always smiling and just the sweetest. He truly made our stay feel like we were on our own 5-star deserted island. The food: there is definitely a wide selection of food--always fresh, meant for all palates. The menu is vast in the buffet, Bodumas, and Latitude, however does have quite a large amount of Russian-oriented menu items. Do not let that discourage you. The chefs, especially the Jr Sous chef (Chef Elvin)- is beyond elated to curate meals to your palate —and he is, without a doubt, one of the kindest people. Getting reservations to the ala carte restaurants is plenty and easy. Every host, hostess, and server made you feel like you were VIP. This is one of the few resorts I have noticed in the Maldives that are actually AI (and not just 1 ala carte restaurant per stay). Additionally, the drink menu is extensive, offering excellent options for both drinkers and non-drinkers alike. We loved taking a Maldivian cooking class with Chef Elvin—it was an absolute delight—engaging, delicious, and made even more memorable by having the restaurant entirely to ourselves. It was truly one of the highlights of our stay!! The beaches/snorkeling/house reef: The beaches were swept daily, never a hard time to find a lounger or daybed. Definitely bring watershoes. The dive team was very friendly and helpful when snorkeling, as this was mostly our first time (and now we are hooked). The dolphin cruise is a must as it's truly majestic. The house reef is good, with black tips sharks, eagle rays, and plenty of fish. There are 2-3 turtles that live in the "area", however we did not get to see one. For those looking to book a honeymoon---choose Kuredhivaru. They make the experience truly unforgettable, offering a stunning dinner on the beach along with many other thoughtful touches. We were so spoiled that future vacations will pale in comparison. We look forward to coming back to this wonderful resort. It truly captured our hearts.

I had an absolutely blast time at this resort in the Maldives! The experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was outstanding—especially Farruk, who was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Farruk’s attentiveness and kindness made a lasting impression. Really appreciated it! The food was always delicious and fresh, with a wonderful variety and high everything was beautifully made. My overwater villa was AWESOME—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing island escape. I didn’t want to leave my room some days! As a solo traveler, I would DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in the Maldives.

Fifth time on the Maldives and certainly the best resort yet. The reason for 4 stars only is that it is basically a Russian resort. This was completely unexpected for a resort that is part of Accor (French). - We got approached in Russian language by default or were handed Russian menus. This left a bit of a bad taste to otherwise a great experience.

Wow villas, delicious food, amazing people everywhere, you want to spend time privately - easy peasy, you want to make new friends and chill - oki dokie. Everyone can find the best ways to spend time here! I want to mention a few people who made this vacation unforgettable: Mila, our butler, who helped with implementations of our wants and covering our needs, with her we felt calm just knowing we always can relate on her 🙌 Sadam, the best waiter, who discovered our habits from the first meet and made the best service ever, we didn’t have to tell anything, because Sadam has already read our thoughts 🔥 Stanislaw and the team, made wow showtime for the festive season and everyday was well planned with a lot of impressions, details and emotions, management is cool! Spa team is amazing, one of the best spa treatments I try, coconut journey is amazing, I tried a lot of treatments and massages in top spa complexes, Kuredhivaru SPA is a high standard! The diving team is cool, I got a “discover scuba diving” experience, which was smooth and amazing, underwater world is gorgeous and these guys know how to provide you a safe and interesting way to discover it! As well as cool excursions, because “local island visiting” is must to do in Maldives, without exploring the locals’ lifestyle it’s irrelevant to tell “I visited Maldives” Kuredhivaru is awesome and I recommend to discover it for those who love a beauty of nature, a high class service, an amazing food and various options of living the life right here and right now 🤌🏼 P.S I also attached some random photos I took, there is enough resort related photos in the internet and on the website, so we just lived the life there and took few photos P.S.S, btw I got a cool underwater photoshoot by their photographer and very nice sunset pictures, but photos are too cool and large in quality you will not see them here, but ask for a photoshoot for sure once you will be at Kuredhivaru!
