Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

We had a very short stay here, but nonetheless, it was one of the most comfortable. From airport transfers upon check-out, everything was smooth! 💯 When we visited last May, the staff of Movenpick were very kind enough to asisst us on our every request as they sympathized with our delayed flight and all. When we came back this September, they remembered us and again provided the best customer service they can. I would like to specially mention Cid from The Market Buffet, he's very accommodating and friendly. The food was superb! Super love the pastries! Specific kinds of coffee will not be displayed on their breakfast buffet but no one died of asking, right? Asked for an iced cappuccino, and I loved it! Hopeful to try on my next visit, their chocolate hour. 😋 But definitely one for the books, is Ruth from Reception. When we wanted to go somewhere late at night, she made sure to help us with whatever she can to help. When we needed assistance on our checkout, she was very willing to stretch an extra inch to help us. Very pleasant personality. 😊 Needless to say that the resort and their beach front is of course BEAUTIFUL! Definitely recommended and will definitely be back! 💯

This is my first time ever going to Boracay and all I can say is that Movenpick staff made my stay very memorable. Starting off with Ruth at front desk, she was so helpful and accommodating and she made my check in so smoothly! She also gave recommendations within the vicinity which I really appreciated! And can’t forget the awesome staff at the Sol Marina. Raymond, Marisol, Christine and Aj who was the bartender during my stay. They made my happy hour very “Happy” Aj made a delicious cocktail with Ube Cream liqueur. Highly recommend! They were all very attentive and welcoming! Lastly, the Sagay Spa and their signature massages are so worth it!! Even though I was alone during my stay, I enjoyed every bits of it. It was definitely a peaceful and relaxing vacation! I will definitely come back, this time with my friends :)

My wife, two children and my parents stayed 6 nights at Movenpick Borocay. We had a great time. The kids loved the pool, beach and kids club. The food at the restaurants was excellent. The whole stay was really nice. The best part of the trip was the multiple scuba dives I did with Karlo from Scotty's Dive Shop which services the Movenpick resort. Karlo took me and my Dad out to multiple spots which were amazing. We saw beautiful coral reefs and thousands of colourful tropical fish. Karlo ran me through the Scuba Diving Course and I got my Scuba license. He was an excellent teacher and taught me many skills. I look forward to doing more scuba diving in the future and hopefully one day I get to dive with Karlo again! If you go to the Movenpick I recommend you dive with Karlo.

The food was sumptuous and the drinks were very refreshing. I enjoyed the wide selection in the menu. Also, other than the panoramic view of the sea and the ocean, this resort is in the forefront with how the staffs handle customers which is very professional. I also enjoyed the big pool especially having some drinks at the Sol Marina Beach club that is near the beach area and perfect for the ocean view while getting boozed in the afternoon. Dexter, the staff from Sol Marina, ensured that our orders were attended to and he was very courteous to us. On the flip side, the waves were rough at some point of the day and also rained in the afternoon that was understandable given the time of the year when we visited the resort but it did not bother nor stop us to have fun swimming and enjoying under the sun!
