Clean, Elegant. Great shopping great shopping with competitive pricing like the craft market, but no bargaining and hassling. The customer service is outstanding room so very comfortable, something is always going on outside beautiful decorations for Christmas, staff is congenial and willing to help Bell Hop Service 24 hours per day. and just a wonderful hotel Movenpick in Accra. Great value for the money.

Wonderful experience, very caring hands on staff after an initial mishap at check-in. Thank you to the wonderful intervention by Richard at the Reception with the support of Agnes, they resolved a situation where I almost wanted to leave due to a problem with the room. Then shout out to the wonderful Ophelia and Ernest at the Executive Lounge who anticipated my needs and knew exactly how I liked my coffee. And to all the rest of the staff who made our stay memorable. The food was also fantastic except there should be a special order of fufu in advance:-)

Excellent ! 5 star accommodations. Once arriving at Kotoka Airport the hotel shuttle picked us up. Served bottle water and warm towels. Upon arriving at the hotel reception, again drinks were provided along with warm towels. Great customer service private butler, presidential suite with a pool view. Great time at the pool with more drinks and foods. Phoenix restaurants was a pleasant delight 😊

Beautiful hotel, nice room and amenities. The pool and spa were extra added treats. Staff were friendly and professional. The artwork in the hotel was amazing. The only thing that I would suggest is that they shampoo or steam the carpet on the room floors. It takes away from the beautiful artwork. The restaurant and bar were very nice also. The live music in the bar area was a plus too. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Amazing stay, Landry services , reception first experience, swimming pool is exotic and rooms and cushion just amazing and they gave amazing breakfast amazing live band and amazing bar corner for late brb 9am to midnight.
