Everything was good especially mr Harris Room no 319 he did very well for my room, like: drink,coffee,shampoo and cleaness

Our Stay was for two weeks and as always Movenpick Karachi exceeded expectations. The cleanliness and decor are impeccable, but what truly stood out, was the staff from the guards, bellboys to housekeeping, reservations, management, Singers, Breakfast Staff and the laundry teams. The list could go on. Their mannerisms dedication, helpfulness, and genuine friendliness, shone through at every interaction. The hotel is also perfectly located with shopping and excellent dining options nearby. Once again, I cannot fault the staff, the hotel or the food.

The Mövenpick Hotel Karachi is an excellent property and remains one of my preferred hotels in the city. I have been staying at this hotel, which used to be the Sheraton Karachi, for over 40 years. I find it remarkable that some of the staff have been there as long as I have been staying at the property. I especially value Arjun at the Bell Desk. He knew me as a child and always talks to me about my parents, who passed away a few years ago. He mentioned that he will be retiring soon; while I am happy for him, I will miss him greatly. The rooms at the hotel are, by far, the best in the country. They are very spacious, thoughtfully designed, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Very importantly, they have an ample number of international electric outlets that do not require adapters. This is a rare convenience that I appreciate highly. The hotel provides excellent toiletries, and the location is ideal. The staff at the Mövenpick Hotel Karachi is outstanding. I want to recognize Mubashir at the Front Desk, Arsalan in Housekeeping, and Ahmer in the Executive Lounge, in particular, though I found every staff member that I dealt with to be excellent. I also want to commend a young lady at the reception whose badge did not have her name and read “Trainee.” She stepped in to help me when I could not get a medicine delivery service to work with my US phone number. She handled the matter quickly and professionally, and had the medicine delivered within thirty minutes. I did have two issues during this stay that were exactly the same problems I experienced during my last visit. First, the check-in process was chaotic. The reception staff was constantly interrupted by colleagues whispering in their ears. This made the process unnecessarily long and unpleasant. After a long flight, I wanted a glass of water and, even though there is an arrival drink station nearby, there were no clean glasses. It took multiple requests and a significant amount of time just to get water. Second, the safety deposit box in my room was not bolted down. Someone could have easily walked out with the entire unit. This is a major security concern and made me uncomfortable because I had the same issue during my last stay. It also took a long time to get the issue resolved. I do hope management addresses these recurring service and maintenance issues. I value my long history with this property and look forward to seeing these improvements on my next stay.

Excellent breakfast. Our server was Khalid Mahmood. He was most courteous, attentive and polite. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
