All staff we dealt with were amazing....Reception, housekeeping. etc. The location was great and close to several landmarks. Rooms were spacious and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Would recommend this place.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and i am a silver accor member. I must say that the standard has dropped abut the price has not. Upon check no sanitiser pack were offered. No welcome drink as per silver members entitlement. The hotel lifts are not cleaned at all especially the buttons, the Ministry of health should check this hotel if they are following the SOPs. The only positive side is that its close to the masjid, however for the price which they are charging members is far to high.

Bad reception, delayed luggage assistance, no Le Club priority, conflicting customer service messages re: complementary breakfast, no single bottle of water at the room, welcome drink and gift only when asked for, no parking service.

It was a good experience and I will come back again soon and booking in the same hotel . Check-in was quick, and the room was sterile. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the view from the room was also amazing .

The stay was comfortable as ever, room was spacious and clean. Staff was very hospitable and professional. Smooth early check in as my flight was in the early hours of the day. Sahoor and aftaar was sumptuous.

Some Reception staff are unprofessional, has no hospitality, room service are low. first night no one respond to any phone call. A very good trip inside the city was prepared by the Hotel. Big Thank! for the organizer, very insightful, nice, enjoying.

Very Good location and nice rooms

Very near location to Gate 16 (women’s gate) and clean rooms with all needed amenities. The only down side was electric appliances in Kitchen were very old and problematic. Electric cooker was bot working and mini bar/ Fridge was too noisy.

Rust Electic kettle, Bathroom door wasnt closing. Had to call technician for flush fixing. Suppose to be best hotel in town. Day by day losing its quality. Needs alot of repairing and cleaniness. Not recommended.

Breakfast is Unorganized omelette station crowded other one is empty because the managers don’t know how to organize stations food is average nothing specials beverage station is nasty coffee mug it’s not clean American coffee it’s a very very terrible no towel At the room I was very disappointed Front desk terrible terrible the cooler in the room is not working overall I wasn’t happy

Overall stay was nice, hotel was at great location, staff was friendly. However being Accor Platinum member, there was no priority welcome, no welcome drink was no offered, no special amenities was offered mean other than room upgrade which was requested, no other facility for Platinum member was offered which was disappointing otherwise stay was excellent.

Very close to Alharam especially for women gate. Rooms are clean& breakfast is excellent. there is a mall and supermarket in ground level. Check in very easy and fast I recommend this hotel. Wish you all the best

Got room in 14th floor. Blocked toilet. Spoke to duty manager who decided to send maintenance waited till next day for them to change the room. It seems no smoke detectors in rooms or corridors The guest next door was smoking shisha and the smoke filled the corridor and into our room. This was reported to the floor supervisor.

Very kind and helpful staff, specially Mr Aljohani who was truly helpful, the room was better than I had expected, spacious and very clean, it seems the rooms have been renovated, hope to stay there again soon.

Hotel is aged and need refurbishing. service is good and space for room is more than adequate but doors, windows, wall and ambiance is all three stars . This hotel is good for three stars but not five. Badly in need for upgrade .

Nice place, close to Alharam, their furniture need an update +breakfast area has a smelly area + really bad chairs I had a great experience with the check in/ out staff but the room service and the catering is way worse
