We had an exceptional stay at Pullman ZamZam Madina, and it was truly a memorable experience. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with a panoramic view of Masjid Nabawi, and the view was absolutely breathtaking - peaceful, spiritual, and unforgettable, especially during prayer times. The hotel is just a 3 minutes walk to gate 301. The suite was very spacious and well-designed, featuring two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, along with a kitchen, making it ideal for families and longer stays. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, allowing us to rest properly after a full day at the mosque. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, with good quality and attentive service.

Wonderful staff. Super respectful and professional room service. Location was perfect for us. We got half board and the food variety and quality was exceptional. We felt like home and enjoyed our stay in Madina so much more because we stayed here. This was my second time choosing this hotel and looks like as long as Pullman Madina maintains their quality, this hotel will always be my choice!!

Great experience We stayed at Pullman Zamzam twice during our stay in Madina. Both times we had a great experience of customer service with friendly staff, clean rooms. Alhumdulillah the distance from Masjid e Nabawi is perfect.

Very convenient location for access to the Haram ( masjid) . Room service was great and breakfast amazing . Lots of variety . Abdul Jabber looked after us very well in the breakfast restaurant . He was very helpful . Hotel was very clean . We enjoyed our stay very much .
