The room was relatively small, the curtains didn't want to close properly the housing was extremely bad, asking for water or coffee capsules are ignored and only when we asked twice The room cleaning service is not done properly. breakfast was basic and fine. unprofessional staff and rude housing staff, always waiting for tips. When I asked for a spoon and knife at room they asked for SAR 5, or they send plastic ones.

Written on behalf of my elderly parents Abdullah and Kausar who stayed in November 2024. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were all very helpful. The location is excellent, particularly good for access to the ladies entrance to the Haram. The hotel is very accessible, I use a mobility scooter and was able to get around the hotel including the breakfast area etc. Maria in customer relations was very helpful, as was her manager Huda. Breakfast manager Mr Hesham and his team were very helpful at breakfast time. Executive lounge manager Ihdaa was very welcoming and helpful with prayer room etc. The concierge team were helpful and Mr Najeeb M Khalifa helped us with the Nusuk app. We are not particularly good with technology so this was very much appreciated. This was our first time staying in this hotel - we previously stayed in Hilton Madina and Dar ul Imaan and would say this represents excellent value for money and a great location. As with any hotel, the staff make it and we were appreciative of all the efforts. We look forward to our next stay inshaAllah

I don’t recommend staying here, the pictures are so misleading!!! This is nowhere near a 5 star hotel! On par with some motel 6’s honestly. Before even getting to our room we were overwhelmed by an awful vomit smell in the hallway, which lingered for the entire duration of our stay. The room we got was disgusting, mouldy and run down! There was a cockroach in our, the shower was falling apart. ONLY hot water coming out of the taps. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve seen at a five star hotel. There is a lot of selection but none of it is tasty. When we went to go complain about the state of our room we were not able to speak to upper management as the manager intercepted. My mother who has dust allergies started reacting in the room, don’t recommend.

Perfect location with great views of the holy prophets mosque. The most comfortable rooms with the best hotel beds I ever slept in. Check inn team amazing, concierge team five star . Restaurant staff really friendly and helpful as well. Clean and housekeeping standards impeccable with great service from Dilwar and Rabbi. Great friendly guys that provide service with a big smile even from housekeeping manager Morshed.

No way this is a 5 star! Poor customer service from staff

I have been here 1 day and i can tell this is NOT a 5 star hotel even for the saudi standards. At nest 3 star. Apart from the location it is terrible. I wish i could checkout and move but i cant as im with family. The reception staff especially the ladies are so rude. They dont smile at customers, always misserable. Secondly the hotel decorations are old the rooms need repainting, the bathroom has mould and smell. Thr room have little storage space. They charge more then the other 5 stars im the area but i would say poor poor service so dont book here..i stayed in the other 5 stars in madinah and they are much better. This hotel ruined our stay in madinah, i dont know how im going to stay here for 7 days.
