Injured at the hotel

I have been injured at the location now spoke to the manager, requested assistance, as for ambulance, no seem to care. I have been sitting at the lobby for over an hour waiting for Help. Requested the manager to give me assistance she hasn’t done so. I am still waiting for assistance. I have been in pain for a while.

When you informed our Front Office Manager about your situation, we were very worried about you. However, we heard from your family that you were okay and that no need for an ambulance. We understand that the incident was caused by a ball kick from one of your family members during the water ball activities. This is my Third time at Moevenpick Taba hotel .. the resort is amazing .. very clean and friendly staff .. excellent service and good food .. special thanks to Bilal and the pool bar team as well .. i have also enjoyed very much the amazing shows at night .. special thanks to Sarah❤️ and Rose❤️ for the amazing shows at night .. i have really enjoyed every night show .. Mustafa and Hamasa from the entertainment team made our stay special .. the hotel is highly recommended and for sure I will go back Thank you moevenpick ❤️

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The ambiance of the resort is absolutely stunning, with its serene surroundings. Our room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views and all the comforts we could have asked for. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay truly luxurious. The resort's facilities exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the beach, and the variety of activities available. The dining options were exceptional, with delicious and diverse cuisine that catered to all our tastes. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction. They were always courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
