We are pleased to hear that you found the beauty of our property reminiscent of Santorini and that our staff made a positive impression during your visit. However, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced, particularly regarding the layout of the hotel and the confusion surrounding meal plans and identification wristbands. We really do respect all your personal expectations while traveling. We are very concerned regarding your overall experience in our resort. The information about hotel renovation is available on the hotel website and all the business partners are informed accordingly. As part of our continued commitment to enhance the Movenpick Resort Sharm El Sheikh Naama Bay, we are thrilled to announce that our highly anticipated interior renovation commenced as of February 2023. Project scope will involve Guest Rooms, Lobby area and some related infrastructure. We are doing our best to minimize the impact on the the guests ', experience. As for your comment about the health issue , kindly be advised that the food poisoning diagnosis must be stated by the doctor only. As there was no official certificate presented during your stay , any heath issues should considered as a personal stomach sensitivity , reaction for hot weather and diet changes. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the hotel is regularly checked by specialized companies for compliance with international standards of hygiene and sanitation. According to the conclusions of these checks: the hotel fully complies with all norms and standards. We truly hope that you won’t judge our property by this experience and will have an honor of welcoming you back again and again in our resort after the renovation will be completed. Kind Regards
