This trip was for a special birthday gift. So, there were many things that related to superior service minded of the crew. The first step was I called for room preparation. The hotel also prepared a cake with a BD card. Another thing was a room service that served the ice buckets within a few minutes. The hotel was extremely huge while I met all types of customers. All other things were great in line with Accor standard. That was a truly special BD trip.

The hotel is stunning, like a castle. It has spacious grounds, and every area is beautifully decorated—there are no neglected spaces. The rooms are luxuriously designed with breathtaking, panoramic views. The restaurant also offers an excellent view while dining. The food is delicious, and there are numerous photo spots throughout the hotel. Plus, there’s a Chocolate Hour!

The moment I saw the images of the resort while planning the trip to Thailand. I was skeptical as it was almost 190 Km from Bangkok. However, I booked it. The moment we reached to the resort, our family couldn't believe it was Thailand. This resort is better than the pictures. So beautiful, every piece of furniture, interior, exterior, nothing less than a luxury castle. My Kid loved it and said, it look like Harry Potter's Hogwarts. View from the balcony is something, we have never seen. There is no building around the resort and the entire landscape looks like you are surrounded by nature. I will highly recommend, if you ever visit Thailand, this resort must be in your itinerary. Most importantly the weather also suits the surroundings, unlike other popular parts of Thailand. Just one suggestion to the resort, please add one section of the Kids Play area as well. I will definitely come again in my next visit to Thailand.
