Das Anwesen versprüht immer noch den Charme eines Schlosses in der Toscana und ist wirklich beeindruckend. Das Check-In-Prozedere könnte allerdings etwas optimiert werden. Ich kenne es zwar von meinem letzten Aufenthalt, aber es wäre schön, wenn hier eine noch bessere Lösung gefunden werden könnte. Bei der Zuteilung der Zimmer gab es leider eine kleine Verwechslung, was ich auch schon in anderen Accor Hotels erlebt habe. Als Statuskunde hätte ich mich über das Upgrade und das Willkomensgeschenk gefreut. Hier wäre etwas mehr Sorgfalt wünschenswert. Bei den Zimmern merkt man, dass einige Erneuerungen oder Renovierungen anstehen. Die Steckdosen sind etwas ausgeleiert, und der Duschkopf und der Toilettensitz könnten mal erneuert werden. Die Matratze ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber ich weiss, dass viele Gäste das vielleicht mögen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das gesamte Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Alles in allem ist ein Aufenthalt hier immer noch ein besonderes Erlebnis.
