Dear Mr. Zhihao P., Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We truly appreciate your honesty, especially as a valued ALL Platinum member. While we are pleased to know that you found our hotel, room, and many of our team members friendly and helpful, we are sincerely concerned and deeply regret that your experience with our Food & Beverage service particularly breakfast and the pool bar was so disappointing. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the lack of service, the self-service impression at breakfast, the absence of attentive bar service, and the unwelcoming attitude you encountered. This is certainly not the level of hospitality we strive to deliver, nor what our guests should expect from us. Your comments regarding the slow service response at the pool bar, the repeated use of the service button without assistance, and the insufficient presence of service staff have been shared directly with our Food & Beverage leadership team for immediate corrective action. We are also addressing the concerns related to team attitude, service training, and overall guest engagement to ensure a more proactive and welcoming experience. Additionally, we regret that your ALL Platinum benefits and recognition were not clearly communicated or fully delivered during your stay, including the welcome amenity. This is an important shortcoming, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight. Your feedback has been shared with our Front Office and Guest Relations teams to reinforce proper recognition and communication of loyalty benefits going forward. We truly value your feedback, as it highlights critical areas where we must improve, from service responsiveness and consistency to sustainability initiatives and guest recognition.
