Purtroppo l'esperienza questa volta non è stata positiva. È stato impossibile riposare la notte per i rumori di uno degli ascensori. I continui rumori del blocco in salita e discesa sono insopportabili. Come ho scritto anche nel mio feedback dello scorso anno, il personale di reception è superficiale e inoltre insiste nel parlare italiano, ma se la conoscenza è basica, non viene capito l'interlocutore! In camera mancavano gli asciugamani, in particolare lo scendidoccia. Si è bagnato il bagno e l'ho asciugato con l'accappatoio.

le camere che danno sulla strada possono essere rumorose. L'isolamento delle finestre è migliorabile (sono a singola guarnizione e per lo più rigida, il che ne compromette la sigillatura). Colazione varia ma potenzialmente organizzabile meglio: marmellate non vicino alla cucina ma vicino al pane, possibilità di omelette da apertura e non dopo le 7:00, spazio palestra incrementabile con una altra stanza. Soddisfatto ma al limite del rapporto qualità prezzo.

Questa volta mi hanno dato una camera, vecchia con bagno mal curato e acqua della doccia che continuava a passare da calda a freddo

Posizione strategica per chi vuole fare una vacanza a Losanna e stare vicino al lago. Metro a pochi passi con tessera per usufruire di metro e autobus. Stanze grandi e arredate con mobilio nuovo. Macchinetta Nespresso e frigo. Consigliatissimo
