Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are thrilled that our shuttle services and the dedicated reception team contributed to a satisfying experience at our hotel. It is also wonderful to hear that you found the comfort and spaciousness of our suite to your liking, along with the quality of your sleep on our comfortable bed. However, we would like to apologize for any confusion regarding the breakfast option for Accor Diamond members. Our policy is to provide a delightful start to the day with our buffet, and it seems there was a miscommunication in this instance. Moreover, we regret to hear about the misunderstanding concerning the private transfer option. Finally, we are disappointed that the chocolates, a sweet touch we love to offer, were not provided. We sincerely apologize for these oversights and the inconvenience they may have caused. Nonetheless, we hope that the overall quality of your stay left a lasting positive impression.
