Very good service A nice hotel located near the airport. Enjoy the shuttle bus to airpot. The i stayed at 7th floor the room was old need upgrate & tired. Staff very helpful, i arrived almost midnight. I havent had ny dinner, the staff complemantry spare a cake for me. I appreciated the kindness of the receptionists

A Reliable Location, but Operational Shortcomings

I stayed here for four consecutive nights in September. As a Hilton Diamond member, I usually stay at the nearby Hilton Zurich Airport during my three annual visits, but it was fully booked on this occasion. The hotel's principal advantage is its location. A tram stop is within a few minutes' walk, providing convenient access to the city centre—a significant advantage over the Hilton. The facilities show their age, much like the Hilton, though the rooms here are in somewhat better condition than Hilton's rather tired accommodations. The hotel's operations, however, leave much to be desired. On one of my four nights, housekeeping failed to service my room. When I called to request service that afternoon, the room was never cleaned, and fresh towels were never provided. Similarly, when I reported a broken closet door that would not move, the issue remained unaddressed until my checkout. At checkout, I requested that an invoice be sent by email, but it never arrived. A subsequent request through all.accor.com was equally unsuccessful despite of reminders.

We ordered room dining during our stay. We had slow-cooked lamb, and the side dish was forgotten, so we only got an ice cream scoop size of lamb for €44. On the kid’s menu, it’s written as Caesar salad with chicken, but there was no chicken in fact - very misleading. Breakfast was €32 per person, the most expensive breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. There was nothing justified the price. We were very disappointed with the meals. Otherwise, the service was decent.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Hotel Zürich Airport. I was especially impressed with the generous room upgrade, which made the stay even more comfortable. The free welcome drink was a nice touch and set a positive tone right from arrival. The complimentary airport shuttle was also extremely convenient and ran smoothly, making transfers to and from the airport completely hassle-free. A special thank you to Yasmin and Eugene at the reception — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and really made me feel valued as a guest. Their warm attitude stood out and made a big difference. Overall, a great experience and an excellent choice for anyone staying near Zurich Airport. I would happily stay here again.

Good hotel, a lot of Indians stay here, rooms are a bit old fashioned and run down, but justifies the price, check in checkout staff is untrained and dont know about much things.
