Room were Super and check in smooth. I highly recommend this hotel for Indian Travelers. Well connected with SBB and Airport. You can take SBB for chocolate museum, Lucern and rhinefall from here. The breakfast menu was great. In addition safe for women & children

During stopover in Zurich before my next flight, staying at Movenpick Zurich Airport. I have a wonderful stay. Perfect shuttle services between the Airport and Hotel. Reception dedicated for check in and all of your questions during the stay. Staying at its "suite", spacious and a comfortable bed. Only there are 3 problems I have occured. Maybe it is something about policy between Accor and its Hotels. As a Accor Diamond member, I have booked my reservation with "Free breakfast" option for Diamond member at Accor website. However at check in, this option was not mentioned, so I have to pay an additional price for the breakfast. Another problem is that the Accor website says that the Hotel also provided private transfer. These option you can also select on the Accor Website. However 3 days before my arrival I have inform the hotel to make the transfer reservation , but instead of that, the hotel gives me the schedules of the hotel transfer and if you do want a private transfer, then you have to call it yourself. However you have to pay the transfer by yourself with the transfer company. Because of that I quickly adjusted my reservation to cancel the private transfer options. Otherwise it will be charged at total invoice. Last problem, making the reservation, you can select chocolates, but unfortunately "no chocolates". Maybe I should be very careful for choosing extra options, when making next reservation.

Fantastic hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights between 28 December and 4 January for leisure over the New Year period. Having seen some of the reviews on TripAdvisor, I was expecting a staff that is untrained, uncaring and rude. I have to say that it felt like I stayed in a totally different hotel to that suggested by other reviewers. The staff were polite, pleasant and are a fantastic asset to the hotel. I know the GM replies to guest reviews on here, so please can I ask that this compliment is passed on. The hotel was too warm, but through a combination of leaving the window open and utilising a fan from reception that was resolved. One day the room didn’t get serviced but that was just an oversight that didn’t occur any other day of the stay. I’d definitely come back to this hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Worse hotel experience ever for business trip

Booking done a few weeks in advance. No rooms available when I reached there at 11pm. No efficient help to find a new room, I finally had to travel 40km and went to bed at 2am. I am an Accor Platinum member (several years) but have stopped booking at Accor after that experience (the guest relation team was about as bad as the people I met in the hotel).

Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the airport and a short walk to the train station. There is a bar and meals available however we did not eat at the Hotel. The hotel was very modern inside and very welcoming.
