Dear Hyunwoo Yoo, Once again, please accept my deepest apologies, and thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Warm regards, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am truly sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience you and your family encountered during your stay. What you described, including the presence of rats in the room and a cockroach at the dinner buffet, is completely unacceptable and far below the standards we strive to uphold. Please rest assured that we take this matter extremely seriously. I have immediately shared your comments with our Housekeeping, Pest Control, and Culinary teams for urgent investigation and corrective action. Additional inspections and preventive measures will be carried out to ensure such incidents do not happen again. I am also very concerned to hear about the way our staff responded in the restaurant. This does not reflect the level of professionalism and care we expect from our team, and we will address this matter internally with proper training and guidance.
