숙소에 쥐가 있네요... 아침과 저녁 뷔폐는 별로입니다 그리고 저녁 뷔폐에 바퀴벌레가 있었는데... 직원이 웃으면서 아이보고 잡으라고 티슈를 주네요 아코르 티어 아깝지만 다신 안갈듯

What you described, including the presence of rats in the room and a cockroach at the dinner buffet, is completely unacceptable and far below the standards we strive to uphold. Please rest assured that we take this matter extremely seriously. I have immediately shared your comments with our Housekeeping, Pest Control, and Culinary teams for urgent investigation and corrective action. Additional inspections and preventive measures will be carried out to ensure such incidents do not happen again. I am also very concerned to hear about the way our staff responded in the restaurant. 가족과 최고의 리조트 깨끗한 풀빌라 시설 하지만 호텔동 청소 상태는 조금 아쉬움 식당이 많지 않아서 호텔에 머무는 동안 시내에 먹으로 나가야 했음
