Das Hotel an sich ist gut ausgestattet - die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, was sehr störend ist. Bei etwas lauteren Gesprächen versteht man jedes Wort der Zimmernachbarn. Nach aussen wiederum sind die Zimmer gut schallisoliert - von den ständig startenden und landenden Flugzeugen hört man so gut wie nichts.

Zuvorkommender Service, auch wenn manche Anfragen reibungsloser wären. Alles super gelöst. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich beim Check-in, unerwartet complimentary Snacks erhalten, Organisation von privatem Transfer mit anderen Hotelgästen (vorteilhaft als Alleinreisende), Bereitstellung von Frühstücksbox, obwohl ich erst in der Nacht davor angefragt habe.

Platinum 2 Member ห้องเพื่อนอัพเป็น Executive Corner ส่วนของตัวเอง2เตียงได้เป็น Deluxe รอบนี้ได้วิวตึก คอนโดข้างๆแทน คราวที่แล้วได้ วิวดอย Welcome ขนม2ถุง ของเพื่อน RQ Birthday ก็ได้เค้กและแต่งห้องให้น่ารัก Welcome Drink Lกฮ ,มีไวน์ และ เบียร์ และมีCocktail ง่ายๆ 3 เมนู อาหารเช้า ชอบตรงที่มีโซน Kid น่ารักดี มีขนม นม เนยของเด็กๆ ส่วนตัวหน้างานพนักงานบริการดี ตอนแรกดูเงียบๆคนไม่เยอะไม่เหมือนIbis พอช่วงอาหารเช้าคนเยอะ ส่วนเรื่องที่ชอบก็เดิมๆแต่ทำไรไม่ได้แล้วก็คือห้องน้ำ ควรทำม่านกั้น ฉากกั้นบ้าง หรือใส่ที่แขวนห้องแอบน้ำก็ยังดี บางทีไปกับเพื่อน ไปกับครอบครัว

Mooi hotel, mindere ligging

We verbleven 3 nachten in dit mooie hotel in Chiang Mai. Het hotel is heel mooi, proper en gezellig. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en je kan aangenaam buiten eten naast een vijvertje. De kamer is proper en ruim genoeg, de muren zijn vrij dun waardoor je soms wel wat geluiden van de buren kunt horen. Het is een super hotel maar het enige nadeel is dat het gelegen is, in een minder actieve buurt. Je moet wel een Grab nemen om naar het centrum van de stad te gaan, gelukkig is dit niet duur en heel toegankelijk.
