Zuerst ein grosses Lob an das sehr freundliche Personal, insbesondere in der Lobby und dem Parkplatz für all die Bemühungen, Das gebuchte Deluxe King Bed (Innenhof) Zimmer war für uns als Platinum Member bestens vorbereitet und zum Valentine's herzlich dekoriert. Super und besten Dank. Das Hotel war über die Lunar NewYear-Tage voll ausgebucht, so dass es zu keinem upgrading reichte. Das Zimmer hat aber unseren Ansprüchen voll genügt, wenn auch etwas ringhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für alle etwas und erfüllt die Erwartungen an diese Hotelklasse. Leider waren die Aussensitzplätze ohne Sonnendeck. Dass Hotel liegt etwas peripher vom Stadtzentrum und wer nicht gut zu Fuss ist, wie wir, ist froh um das eigene Auto oder die Taxis. Gutes Parkplatzangebot indoor und outdoor. Nicht gerade ideal ist der Roof-top-Pool mit nur wenig Platz für wenig Liegen. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, da mir diesmal den Pool nicht benutzen wollten. Der Fluglärm startender Flugzeuge ist zeitweise gut zu hören. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden aber nächstes Mal trotz der guten Bewertung ein zentraler gelegenes Hotel vorziehen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer Verbindungstür und nebenan gastierten Mitglieder einer Reisegruppe. Jeden Morgen gegen 7 Uhr und jeden Abend gegen 23 Uhr wurde eine lautstarke Versammlung abgehalten...

Das Hotel an sich ist gut ausgestattet - die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, was sehr störend ist. Bei etwas lauteren Gesprächen versteht man jedes Wort der Zimmernachbarn. Nach aussen wiederum sind die Zimmer gut schallisoliert - von den ständig startenden und landenden Flugzeugen hört man so gut wie nichts.

Zuvorkommender Service, auch wenn manche Anfragen reibungsloser wären. Alles super gelöst. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich beim Check-in, unerwartet complimentary Snacks erhalten, Organisation von privatem Transfer mit anderen Hotelgästen (vorteilhaft als Alleinreisende), Bereitstellung von Frühstücksbox, obwohl ich erst in der Nacht davor angefragt habe.

Recht laut, da in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen, das Hotel ist zudem sehr hellhörig. Auch von den Geräuschen im Innenhof. Pool vorhanden, aber nicht einladend gestaltet. Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal bemüht.
