We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the room size compared to typical standards in Japan and our convenient location near Kyoto Station. At the same time, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the bed size, room setup, and service. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Regarding your reservation, we understand that you booked a twin room with two single beds for two adults, along with two children sharing the existing bedding. In such cases, it is standard that one single bed may be shared by two guests. Please note that our bed sizes are in line with standard specifications, and detailed dimensions are available on our website and booking platforms. For guests traveling with children, especially depending on their age, we would recommend considering a triple room for additional comfort and space. Subject to availability, we are also happy to assist with room type changes at the time of check-in, and even after arrival, our team will do their best to accommodate such requests whenever possible. We would encourage guests to feel free to contact our front desk at any time for assistance. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the insufficient number of towels and any shortcomings in service and organization.
