Das Hotel ist in guter ruhiger Lage in Fußnähe zur Kyoto Station. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön, geräumig und mit Blick auf den Kyoto-Tower. Das Zimmer in der ersten Nacht war nicht so schön, aber wir konnten danach wechseln. Beim Frühstück gibt es noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: Das Brot war von minderer Qualität. In den umliegenden Geschäften wird gutes Baguette verkauft. Dieses sollte auch beim Frühstück angeboten werden. Das Angebot an Käse und Schinken könnte besser sein, was allerdings ein generelles Problem für westliche Gäste in Japan zu sein scheint. Ab 8 Uhr wird es sehr voll. Ein 3. Kaffeeautomat könnte für etwas Entspannung sorgen. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.
