ibis styles montargis arboria (room 106) Basic hotel rooms. Air-condition, Wi-Fi, Hair dryer and Safety box in the room. Free parking for cars, no need to book in advance. Poor breakfast, not much to choose from and the staff is not refilling fast enough before it gets empty, only good thing is the fresh orange juice machine. No refrigerator and no free water bottles in the room. Staff doesn't speak english. It's a basic hotel for taekwondo guests that have their tournaments 15min drive from the hotel, as it's nothing around the hotel when walking.

I am glad you enjoyed the room you slept in, and I am also sorry that you did not like the breakfast buffet. It's true that the week-end you came, we also welcomed Taekwondo European competition, so we had many people at the same time. So my team worked hard to be sure to provide everything at the same time on the buffet, I am sure you can understand their efforts. My team also want to thank you for coming here, since you allow them to improve their english ! Indeed our rooms does not provide no refrigerators nor free water bottle, where have you seen this written ? If it's the case, please tell us so we can correct it, because it has never been the case here, I am sorry for this. At last, I hope you enjoyed your trip in France, and you still feel comfortable with Accor hotels. I wish you a beautiful day,

I have stayed at this hotel few times (even before it became an Ibis hotel) in the past and was quite happy, but this time it was really poor. Upon my late arrival, it was surprising to see that the hotel wasn’t as it should be, no cups at the shower, towels were old and very thin/old. shower water flow was poor and the shaving mirrors was hanging free with no control. I complained in the morning on all these problems and the lady at the reception told me that they will take care on all problems. when I came back late night, not only that they didn’t fix any of the problems, they didn’t even bother to clean my room, I complained to the hotel manager the next morning, he apologized and advised that he has a problem with the cleaning staff but could help me…

Stayed here on our way back to Dieppe and we were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms and well laid out. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room which on our trip back and forth to Spain was the only hotel not to have a kettle. That said we were pleased with the hotel overall.

We booked this place as it was half way in our road trip and it was perfect for a family overnight. Cute okay space downstairs to keep a toddler happy and a table football for the kids. Big room, travel cot all set up on arrival. Generous breakfast and lovely staff who made it all as easy and stress free as possible We booked as we left for the return trip. Perfect for family stopovers

Great hotel - large well looked after room for a family stopover travelling down France. Just off main motorway but only 5-10 minutes to shopping/restaurant complex. Good all you can eat breakfast! Would definitely recommend. Plenty of sport facilities we did not get chance to use.
