I had a pleasant one-night stay at Pullman. The service at the Front Office was excellent — special thanks to Lisa, Iin, and Ryan for their warm hospitality. The check-in process was fast, efficient, and very detailed. At the Beach Restaurant, Rose stood out with her friendly and welcoming attitude, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great service. I look forward to staying here again!

We spent six nights here in a Deluxe Pool Access room on an all inclusive package. This was our first stay at the hotel and our first within the Pullman chain. The positives: • The room was spacious and was kept spotlessly clean by our lovely room attendant who was always pleased to see us. • The bed was pretty comfortable. • We had a nice coffee pod machine but it was let down by not having UHT milk – just that nasty creamer powder. • The resort grounds are beautiful. • The beach out the front goes for miles and is perfect for long walks. • The swimming pools are well maintained and very clean. • The drinks were of a good standard, albeit a little inconsistent depending on who made them. • The beach club area is great for relaxing and swimming with a view of the ocean and being able to hear the crashing waves. • Breakfast was great with a massive variety of food choices. The coffee was a bit hit and miss and often you’re only given half a cup. I think some training is required in that space. • Lunch was brilliant with loads of choices on the buffet each day. • The theme dinners were great and we enjoyed the variety and excellent Thai dishes. • Staff at the restaurant were always friendly and welcoming, especially the female manager. We also had the pleasure of meeting Phawat the Director of Food and Beverage who was so welcoming each time he saw us. The not so positives: • Check in and check out were not particularly friendly. It was done by a non-local each time. They can’t match the hospitality of Thais. I think they let the team down somewhat. • We found the pool bar staff to be distant and unfriendly. Not sure what’s going on there. They seemed unhappy each day. Similar situation at the beach club bar where we found a couple of the team members there to be just a little short of hostile. Not sure why this was the case. They seemed irritated having to take our order. • Not being able to have any of the all-inclusive meals at the beach club was disappointing. We would have loved this. While the main restaurant was great, we would have appreciated a change of scenery. I think the hotel needs to consider this going forward. • When it rains there is no way of getting from building to building under cover and there are no umbrellas in the room. I think this also needs to be corrected. We could only borrow one by going to reception, ironically, in the rain. All-in-all we enjoyed our time at the resort and would consider going back.

My husband & I had a wonderful Thai couples massage. Jee Ton & staff were lovely, very experienced & professional. Accomodating our aches & pains, very relaxed afterwards. My husband doesn’t usually like massages but he thoroughly enjoyed it .. I personally think better than any massage I’ve had in Australia. Wow, thanks again Jee Ton :)

Superb 7 night stay with the all inclusive package. It’s a good 1.5 to 2 hr shuttle from Phuket, we paid 2000thb for 6 people. It’s quite remote but this adds to the charm and the resort is very 5 star. Nearby old town and Biang Muang markets are a must visit. The family run Thai massage opp the markets is superb value for money. The resort has huge very clean pools with a very easy swim up bar. Great gym and the beach area with pool is superb at night. Think White Lotus and you’re there. Rooms very spacious with big beds and very comfy pillows. Great effort with sustainably- no plastic waste on site I saw- glass bottles of water on steady supply. Food was brilliant and breakfast Pha was a daily highlight. Coffee was superb with a lovely barista. Staff amazing, so naturally friendly and attentive.

Was very enjoyable and relaxing even though there were painful spots. Masseur was very strong. Loved the touch of the drinks before and after and the foot massage at the start. Felt amazing afterwards despite some tight spots she found in my neck and back. Stretched some parts that were needed.
