员工热情，餐食不错但品种不算很多，房间地板有点潮湿，容易滑倒

Dear Mr X., Thank you for your review and for choosing Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak. We are pleased to hear that your stay was pleasant and that you found our location excellent. It's good to know our staff were friendly and that you enjoyed the food. I appreciate your feedback about the food variety and the damp, slippery room floor. Both points are helpful for us. The floor issue is something we take seriously from a safety perspective, and our engineering and housekeeping teams will check room 2203 for any air-conditioning irregularities that may have contributed to this. Regarding food variety, we are always looking at ways to enhance our offerings, and your input is valuable. We would love to welcome you back to Khao Lak in the future. 喜歡整體環境的設計，飯店人員的服務非常好，飯店有滿多活動可以參與。不過地處偏遠，但如果只是想去度假，不想安排任何行程，待在飯店就很舒服。房間設計覺得浴室設計得太大，可以多留空間給床的周圍。
