The spa is fantastic and ask for Natty. She is amazing. My glutes and lower back has been so tight and she is making such a difference. Wish I can take her home with me. Annie the manager is the most obliging and she has taught her ladies so very well.

We were lucky to stay here for a family celebration, our brother's 70th birthday. From the beginning of our 8 night stay, it was a wonderful time, despite the weather being a little hit and miss. Our welcome when we arrived late into the night was warm and laid back, the welcome drink appreciated after our hour and half drive from Phuket airport. Yes, this resort is a little way out, and it's remote. There's nothing around it. There are shuttles that you can get to the local markets or into Khao Lak, so you're not stranded there, and of course, you can arrange outings. Or just relax by the wonderful pools, either the main pool or the infinity down on the beach. Our Sea View room was spacious and kept spotless by Noon, Nuch and Far, thank you so much! All the staff were so helpful and looked after us beautifully. Special mention to Ryan at Reception who was so obliging about our late checkout, James and Maxim and the whole team in the Plai Restaurant, Nicolas and Stefan who were always present, Tammy and Nok who went out of their way to make our brother's stay just that little bit more special. The food in the restaurants was excellent with a wide variety. The resort is so clean, the gardens immaculate. Our visit to the Spa was so relaxing, definitely something you should try. The Kram Beach Bar is excellent, for a drink and bite by the Infinity Pool, or some fire dancing or even a foam party. The bar by the main pool is excellently tended....thanks boys! Sorry I didn't get your names but I sure appreciated my watermelon lychee iced teas and your smiles. Recommended to anyone who is wanting just to relax and be taken care of. Thank you to all, very well done!
