Bangsak is a quieter and more relaxing area, which many guests enjoy for a peaceful getaway, although I understand that some guests may prefer to be closer to the main town, shops, and excursions. Please accept my apologies, however, that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet expectations. I am sorry that the breakfast area felt small and that the food became repetitive during your stay. Breakfast does tend to be busiest from 9am to 10am, and we also have additional air conditioned seating available in the upstairs section of Patio Restaurant. I will also share your comments regarding variety with our culinary team. I also note your comments regarding the spa pricing. We do believe our spa prices reflect the level of service, ambience, facilities, and products provided, and the experience is naturally different from a beach massage or small independent shop. That said, I understand that guests may value different aspects of a spa experience differently, and I appreciate your feedback. Please also accept my apologies if the housekeeping timing was unclear or inconvenient. Our housekeeping timing can vary depending on occupancy and room status, however guests are always welcome to request a preferred cleaning time, and we will do our best to accommodate this.
