Размещение и питание великолепны, территория зелёная, персонал вежливый, что необходимо улучшить - уборка номеров (стабильность и качество) и чистить пляж от выброшенных осколков кораллов и камней-булыжников. Отель слева чистит и люди нормально могут входить в море. В этом отеле вход очень не приятный. Эту работу делают трактором обычно. В остальном, самые прекрасные впечатления, для Тайланда это просто супер-отель.

Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping leadership to ensure standards are consistently maintained. Regarding the beach, we do not remove natural elements such as coral fragments or stones, as these are brought in and taken away by the tides and form part of the natural marine ecosystem. However, we do carry out daily cleaning to remove foreign objects and any debris or garbage to ensure the beach remains safe and pleasant for our guests. We understand that shoreline conditions can vary and appreciate your perspective. Thank you again for your balanced and thoughtful review. Отличный отель, очень красивый комфортный, вкусные завтраки, прекрасный заботливый персонал, хотя и не говорят по- русски, но все понятно ! Нас встречала Эни. Теплая приветливая атмосфера. Ну и чудесное море.
