At the same time, thank you for your constructive comments regarding room cleaning consistency. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping leadership to ensure standards are consistently maintained. Regarding the beach, we do not remove natural elements such as coral fragments or stones, as these are brought in and taken away by the tides and form part of the natural marine ecosystem. However, we do carry out daily cleaning to remove foreign objects and any debris or garbage to ensure the beach remains safe and pleasant for our guests.
