Dear Pavel, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry to read that your second stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the beach, garden areas, pool drainage, insects, breakfast, and service. Please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment caused. At this time of year, the weather and tides can unfortunately bring rubbish onto the beach, and the start of the monsoon season also brings a noticeable increase in flies and insects. That being said, we fully recognize our responsibility to keep the resort and surrounding areas as well maintained as possible. I will review your comments with our housekeeping, engineering, gardening, pest control, and food and beverage teams so we can address the areas you have highlighted. I am also sorry that breakfast felt too limited and that the service did not leave the positive impression we would wish. This is certainly not the experience we want our returning guests to have.
