For clarification, the hotel provides a daily round trip shuttle to Khao Lak Center three times per day, as well as scheduled services to Bang Niang Market on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, and to Takuapa Old Town Walking Street every Sunday. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle to the nearby local market is available daily at 16:30 hrs. We apologize if this information was not communicated to you during your stay. Our resort is intentionally situated in a tranquil, natural setting to offer guests a peaceful retreat. However, we understand that this may not be ideal for guests seeking a more central, city based location. We also extend our sincere apologies for the issues encountered with the bedding.
