Even though the weather was rainy during our visit, we still had a lovely and relaxing stay at Pullman Khao Lak. We mainly stayed indoors and didn’t get to explore much of the resort facilities like the pool, spa, or gym, but the comfortable room with a wide sea view more than made up for it. We especially loved the bathroom amenities—so much so that we even brought some home! A special thanks to the amazing staff who made our experience smooth and enjoyable: Lisa, Peanut, Rose, Ice, Dawny, and Dew. Booking was very easy with their helpful assistance and great recommendations. Despite the busy check-in time, Lisa handled everything efficiently and warmly welcomed us, answering all our questions with a smile. Looking forward to returning in better weather to enjoy everything the resort has to offer! Tangmo

Had the 1 hour couples Thai massage with Jee Jenny and Jee Five. They were amazing had the best Thai massage. Highly recommend. Very caring and always making sure we were ok during the massage. Thank you Jenny and Five. Will be back before we leave.

We hadn’t heard much about Khao Lak before our visit, but it completely exceeded our expectations. Located just north of Phuket, this peaceful coastal destination offers a perfect blend of beautiful beaches, a relaxed atmosphere, and authentic Thai charm. We stayed at the Pullman Khao Lak Resort and absolutely loved it. From the relaxing spa treatments to sipping fresh coconuts at their beachfront club, everything felt like a dream. The views were stunning, and the resort had everything we needed for a relaxing escape. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Takua Pa Old Town. It reminded us of Phuket Old Town but was much quieter and more authentic, with lovely Sino-Portuguese architecture and a calm, local vibe. There’s also plenty to do in the area – bamboo rafting, waterfalls, quad biking, and cooking classes kept our days full of adventure. Khao Lak really surprised us in the best way. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and soak in your surroundings. We’d highly recommend adding it to your Thailand itinerary if you're looking for somewhere serene, scenic, and full of culture.

Everything is great especially their service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Varieties of foods, swimming pool and fitness are excellent. The Spa's atmosphere is nice and one of their therapist Jee Natty is very good at her job and provided an excellent service.

I understand it’s a Sunday and probably the hotel is at full capacity but being a hotel worker, it’s not acceptable that front desk tells you that your room is ready by 4pm when check-in is 3pm because housekeeping is busy. Being a hotel worker, I know it’s busy but you got to deliver. Not to mention with a tired child in tow.
