We are truly sorry to learn that you were disturbed by noise during your stay. We understand how important a quiet and comfortable environment is, especially for our business travelers, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We also apologize for the unavailability of hand sanitizer and the iron during your stay. Please be assured that irons and ironing boards are available upon request through our Housekeeping team, and we regret if this was not communicated clearly. Your feedback regarding the availability of hand sanitizer has also been shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement.
