We are truly sorry to learn that you were disturbed by noise during your stay. We understand how important a quiet and comfortable environment is, especially for our business travelers, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. Please be assured that irons and ironing boards are available upon request through our Housekeeping team, and we regret if this was not communicated clearly.
