Pelayanan sangat ramah, good laundry and linen. overall baik nothing to complain. Break fast lengkap. Mungkin gym bisa 24 jam.

It's a great place to stay for staycation or business because its easy to access and the room is very clean. They serve vary food frok Indonesian, japanese, western, korean, etc.

We had a pleasant weekend there, wonderful experience and all that completed by the hospitality of Mr.Chandra and Ridwan from F&B. Although not the best experience at the front desk while checking in but Chandra and Ridwan made it different so thanks for both and keep up the good work.

First time staying at Mercure Karawang, and I must say—it’s probably the best hotel in town, right in the heart of the city. Big thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Dodit Hapsoro, for the kind upgrade to connecting rooms for me and my family. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Great stay overall!
