Dear jst95, apologies to hear you didn't enjoy your time with us. Our rooms feature an elevated local tea and coffee offering along with the standard hotel range expected. The amenity items mentioned are all available in room or on request, once again apologies if this was not well communicated. Apologies for any disruption around Woody's Bar on the evening that you stayed, our Grain Bar is always an alternative and on most occasions our guest lounge offers over 200sqm of space to find a quiet spot.
