Second visit as stopover, we are accor gold members arrived on Sunday and were upgraded to nice room overlooking churches across road and mountain views, unfortunately the restaurant and bar was closed for drinks and dinner on Sundays, however we had a nice bottle of chilled wine on arrival to our room. Monday morning woke up to have shower which only dribbled out from wall rose straight down wall, no pressure and had to just rely on waterfall shower which was no pressure as well! Went down for buffet breakfast which was tasty and nice, however only had paper cups for our self serve tea! You would expect proper cups after paying $30 per head! When we went to check out of our room the lady on counter was very unwelcoming, didnt even ask how our room was or our visit, and couldn’t comprehend the discount for our breakfast which we had to explain several times.

Thank you for your feedback LASARTIST and I am sorry about the experience you had. This is definitely not our usual standard and I will follow up with the team members who dealt with you. I will also get maintenance to check the shower in your room as this is not a usual occurrence. I hope you give us another chance in the near future.

Great value hotel in a great position in central Albury close to shops, cafes, restaurants and clubs. Clean well presented rooms, very good staff and secure under ground car parking. Bathroom was spotless! Breakfast was good but turn the toaster up a little please.

I travel to Albury 2-3 times a year to visit my mum in a nursing home. I stay at the Mantra Albury every time as it is centrally located, clean, comfortable, and I feel safe and secure there. The restaurant and bar onsite is also great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Needs better access to a Pet Toilet Area to be truly Pet Friendly. Great location and really good service but lacking toilet facilities for dogs - my only complaint and something that Albury Council could help with by providing access to the open area outside the pet friendly rooms, upstairs on Floor 1. Having to get up through the night to take our dog down the elevator and around the block in the heavy rain, did not make for a relaxing stay.

Everything within waking distance of a hotel- shops, cafe, restaurants, museum, botanical gardens … Rooms are not not big but fairly new. Bathroom with a rain shower was very good. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our requests were promptly attended to by a manager . I would suggest that the Buffett breakfast should be improved - the offering are limited and not very pleasant looking. Avocado and barista made coffee should be part of the menu. Otherwise a very pleasant stay .
