We arrived and were greeted by a lovely staff member, who grabbed me some ice so I could make a cocktail in our suite. I went to put my mixing components in the fridge and found it not working. It was very warm. My husband then went to use the guest toilet and when he lifted the seat it came away from the base of the toilet in his hand. I did mention these issues to the front desk. But, sorry.. there was nothing they could do. We had dinner at the hotel. My husband really enjoyed his meal while mine was just mediocre. Breakfast was lovely and the staff brilliant. But, you would think that a room costing $300+ would have been checked before guests arrive. I ended up throwing away the juice I brought and as soon as I opened the long life milk, with no way to keep it refrigerated, it was not fit for use. This was a get away for husband and I. We will think again before booking this hotel.
