Staff were friendly and very helpful when there was a discrepancy over pre payment. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the server was very attentive and offered wonderful service.

We stayed at the Mantra Albury on our way to Colac and on the way home. On both occasions the restaurant was closed and we were very disappointed. On a positive note, the staff were fabulous, the hotel was very clean and the location was very convenient. We will need to consider of we stay at the Mantra Albury on our next visit.
