Room upgraded from a studio to the suite. Clean spacious room. Reception staff were friendly. We Used car to get around although we were quite central. Breakfast in cafe under hotel - big servings. My stay was good and we enjoyed it..............

First time staying at a Peppers location, won’t be the last🙌👏.

First time visiting Tasmania, Launceston first stop and time staying at a Peppers location. Arrived after an early flight to be greeted with a huge smile and warm welcome from the guy at reception which I didn’t write down his name unfortunately however was super helpful with ideas to do until our room was ready. Filled in our morning and returned to properly check in, room was wonderful, spacious, clean and the bed absolutely amazing to sleep in. All staff both housekeeping and at reception had a smile and greeted us warmly upon passing, hotel is in the best location with fabulous food restaurants at hand and in walking distance of the cbd and attractions. Super impressed, so much so we have cancelled our other accommodation at the end of our trip here in Launceston and re booked here to stay for our final 2 days from the 24th April. Management should be very proud of their staff here and service they provide.

Brilliant Launceston stay. Highly recommend.

Brilliant location, aspect and size. Easy walk into the city centre. Good riverside views. The apartment was clean and well set up. The restaurants down stairs more than overcame that there was no room service. When in Launceston, this is a brilliant place to stay.

My husband and I just left Launceston after staying 5 nights at Peppers Seaport. We had great experience . First of all , we got complimentary upgrade to a Marina Suite, which was unexpected but very nice. Location ,view, service ,all was top notch. Located in the new Seaport development, about 10 min. Walk to city centre and very close to highway for day trips to tamar Valley to enjoy wine and food and to Low Head to see penguins . Thanks to Peppers Team and particularly to a front desk manager.

La camera era molto grande e ben arredata. Bagno bello, grande, pulizia ottima. L'hotel è solo un po' lontano dal centro, noi avevamo la macchina a noleggio e quindi ci siamo spostati facilmente, soprattutto per la cena é un po' scomodo spostarsi a piedi. La colazione niente di che soprattutto sovraffolata. Reparto dolci scarsissimo e non buono. Comunque per chi ha l'auto lo consiglio sicuramente anche perché vi è un grande parcheggio gratuito. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
