This is a fabulous property and well situated within Launceston. Magnificent walks around the Tamar River. So close to many excellent restaurants including the sister property of Peppers Silos. Staff are amazing, So ready to help and offer a greeting when you arrive back and all the time smiling. We had a special request for housekeeping that was acted upon immediately and every time we saw the head lady she always asked if there was anything we needed. The suite/appartment was amazing, just so big and a full size refrigerator that allowed for the wine bottles for when we entertained guests. Management also helped us out as we had issues with cancelled flights followed by delayed flights.that resulted in our delayed arrival. I am an Accor member recently renewed as we travel more and now I really know why. Is there any negatives in regard to Peppers Seaport - absolutely none!! Even our local guests remarked how great everything was.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made to feel very welcome. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Amazed at how big it was, wasn’t expecting that. Loved every minute. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Big Room. Great view Great location Great Service Helpful staffs. Free parking Lots of restaurant surroundings. Lots of stores surroundings. Good value hotel. Greatest hotel experience makes greatest launceston memories. Recommended

Loved the pre-arrival call to make sure the room was set up to our linking - I really appreciate that. We needed a couch made up and it was ready without having to ask as well as a welcome bottle of wine. Great attention to detail. Like the big signs on the shampoo bottles in the shower. Well done. Also the restaurant next door - MudBar is amazing.

La camera era molto grande e ben arredata. Bagno bello, grande, pulizia ottima. L'hotel è solo un po' lontano dal centro, noi avevamo la macchina a noleggio e quindi ci siamo spostati facilmente, soprattutto per la cena é un po' scomodo spostarsi a piedi. La colazione niente di che soprattutto sovraffolata. Reparto dolci scarsissimo e non buono. Comunque per chi ha l'auto lo consiglio sicuramente anche perché vi è un grande parcheggio gratuito. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
