Really enjoyable experience. Food was great, especially the buffet breakfast. Great room with a very comfortable bed. Not far from a lot of restaurants. The pool was lovely and inviting and didn’t seem to be ever too crowded even though there was a lot of people staying there.

Our family has stayed at the Peppers Salt Resort & Spa Kingscliff for over 15 years now, and it has been the best family holiday spot for us. We stay in the oceanfront apartments, which have the best views of the ocean and pool. This is a relaxing holiday spot, just a walk to the beach, pool, bike riding, walking, and restaurants.

Stayed for our first wedding anniversary and loved everything.one bedroom pool access ground floor spa apartment had everything we needed and was spacious, private and perfect for what we needed. Staff were friendly, late checkout to 2pm as our flight was at 4.

Fantastic location and facilities. Our apartment room was very spacious with every convenience including full laundry facilities and kitchen. Could benefit from a system to keep both interconnected room doors open as we had 4 year olds who can’t be alone in a room by themselves.

Appalling customer service - and we hadn't even booked yet! I called the only number available - a call centre, and they put me through to the resort. It rang for ages, then someone answered and put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called the call centre back and they called the resort for me and put me through - exact same thing happened. I called the call centre a third time and the operator advised that the resort staff had been very rude to her too. Then I was told to put my feedback in an email. There is absolutely no way I would go to this place if this is the disgraceful way they treat their customers.
