The resort is nicely situated higher in the hills, and is just a short 10/15minute walk to Noosa’s main beach and surrounding shops. Other than the walk, the resort does offer guests a complimentary shuttle to just a five minute walk from town, which is handy. The apartments themselves offer great amenities including housekeeping, cooking, and laundry. The rooms are large and spacious, with the ability to section off areas of the apartment which makes it feel more homely. We had great service checking in, and throughout our stay from the staff. Having stayed at another peppers since this stay, we are far more impressed with this resort and would definitely stay again.

Rooms were smelly and dusty it had a mouldy smell. which was a shame as it is a lovely looking resort. That was a tree top villa when I complained they gave us another villa 2 doors down which they put diffusers in . it was not as bad smelling as first but the housekeeping wasn’t good . one girl staff memberssaid rooms had been closed up for a few days. We had to sleep with sliding doors and windows open The assistant manager said it should have been cleaned the day we moved in as rooms were booked up. One bedroom had a spider web on bed head with 2 creamy coloured spiders which freaked out our 4 year old so he wouldn’t sleep in there. I went to turn bedside light on and the plug was filthy and inside the lamp was disgusting. Bathroom floor ledges were dirty and fluff on carpets. Staff were lovely. and i guess tried to be helpful as it was school holidays but I didn’t go to stay to have to clean . They said they were cleaning another unit next morning and we could look at it but rang in afternoon then rang later to say they didn’t get time to do it As we had 2 little ones one who has an allergy to dust mites it was a very unsettling weekend. Resort so close to hasting street which was why we chose to stay and we had relatives over . When we left i Suggested they do a good spring clean of units especially for the money we paid per night. So it was very disappointing and not as good an experience as we had hoped they did offer us a complimentary breakfast which was nice. The assistant manager was very apologetic and sympathetic which was good. The staff were polite .

Take the good with the VERY bad. First impressions of this place were the drive up the hill to the reception area. It was leafy and gorgeous, a wonderful part of Noosa. At check-in, things took a turn for the worse. The check-in manager Luiz informed me that daily cleaning was not included in my rate. Point 1: Apart from not being aware of this, I find it ridiculous that anyone would legitimately want cleaning unbundled from their rate and a cynical ploy for the hotel chain to make more money off guests whilst likely not benefitting the hard working cleaning staff. This kicked off our doubts about cleanliness in the hotel immediately. Point 2: When we arrived in our one-bedroom apartment, we discovered the horror of a filthy toilet. Evidence of previous use was apparent…I cannot get more detailed because it was hideous. After reporting this to the front desk (and reaffirming our doubts about resort cleanliness), I received an email from Bruna many hours later in the evening. In this email, it was explained that the stains were rust (I can assure you I know the difference between rust and human faeces) and that she had tried to call me (I had no missed calls at all, so I fully believe she lied to me). She offered a credit of $100, but the blatant lies only exacerbated our displeasure. We carried on with our weekend. Point 3: The area in and around our apartment is horrendously filthy. A stain outside the lift, dragged toward our apartment that we saw as new on Friday was still there on Monday when we left. Tiles in the common area were generally soiled and in need of a power wash. On our private balcony, the tiles were dirty, there was a old broken broom left leaning against the wall and the centre drain had plant life growing from it. Come on, Peppers! That’s simply ridiculous! Point 4: Peppers doesn’t trust you enough to not be a clothes hanger thief. I know plenty of hotels do this, but it’s insulting to have theft-proof hangers. For the rate we paid (without daily cleaning, mind you) the least Peppers can do is trust us! Point 5: Luiz, the gentleman who checked us in on Friday, wrote me to apologise and offer a 15% discount on my next visit. Sorry, I know you’re trying, but it’s just not good enough. Why would I ever want to return to a situation like that and give this resort even more of my money? Thanks, but NO thanks.

Well located in a bush setting but no bathroom door.

This hotel is well located with beautiful surroundings but the accommodation falls short of 4 star standard. We paid 14 months in advance for five nights in a one bedroom apartment. We were allocated a Studio apartment which was dark and smelt damp. We asked if we could move and were put into a light and spacious one bedroom apartment. The bedroom had a pretty bush outlook but there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. We were told this was a design feature. I think there was no door because it was not a standard door size and someone decided it was too expensive to order a narrow door. Apart from unpleasant noises, every time one of us got up in the night to use the loo we woke each other up by turning on the light. The sofas are not suitable for sitting on - very low backs with deep seats. I just perched on the edge or had to almost lie down. Bed was not made - just pulled up with cushions, pillows left on the floor. No desks in the room. How can you promote the hotel as a conference destination if there is nowhere to put a laptop? No phone in this room - just a cord with nothing at the end. This is a security issue. We ordered room service on our first night as the restaurant was fully booked (there were quite a few empty tables at the restaurant but seems we could not use them). I ordered via the app but when our pizza had not arrived after an hour, I tried to call the room service number, but there was no answer as room service closes at 9pm. So we had to collect our pizza from the restaurant. There was a delivery fee for room service which we had to request to have removed from our bill. I have asked three times to have my Accor points allocated to my account but there is still no sign of them. This hotel could be good but has a way to go before it could be called 4 star. The staff were all very helpful (particularly the breakfast staff).

Disappointing - never again to return!

Working around the country we are affiliated with accomodation packages for many years. It’s very disappointing when this affiliation provides very poor accomodation. On checking in being affiliated accomodation we have always been told that we can use the meal vouchers provided, once again we were told we couldn’t. When we opened the door to the room that when you enter you were bombarded with the strong bleach smell you know there is a lot of issues obviously moisturiser related which would then also be a workplace health & safety issue around the whole venue. We went and had a spa bath and when the bath was draining, the water would leak all over the floor. There was mould in the shower. When lying in bed with the light on you could see the roof had been re-painted obviously for mould. The floor tiles in the rooms are unsafe for young families and elderly persons. Please don’t think that all Peppers are kept in this condition as they are not. The best Peppers accommodation is at Broadbeach Queensland.
