Peppers Noosa needs a serious deep clean

There's a common theme here of people complaining about the same things, getting the same responses. Unfortunately they don't seem to have made any changes as the same things other people have complained about are still happening. - The TV reception is terrible, so bad at times you can't use it - There are weeds growing in the gardens at pool. Everything just seems a little bit grimey - The kitchen & bathroom floor grout in the apartment is disgustingly filthy. It's supposed to be a ? light grey colour but it's black. - There's dust around, everything needs a deep clean. There's dirt behind the doors, skirting boards and in corners etc. - For the price we didn't expect a full daily service, but I would have expected the very basics of at least having the towels replenished & rubbish removed. But we were told we have to do this ourselves. Peppers could make the improvements if they really wanted, but perhaps they are getting booked up regardless so don't bother & just accept the level of complaints as the new normal.

Unfortunately we were allocated a dark and mouldy smelling room for our 3 night stay. More disappointment the restaurant was closed due to a function. Sunday a notice appeared near the lift well informing guests the underground car park of our building was to be closed from Monday to Wednesday for cleaning maintenance which included pressure cleaning of car park. Guests were required to remove their vehicles out of the car park and park elsewhere. Sunday a notice was left at our unit stating the water will be disconnected for 3 hours on Monday. Why does Accor book guests in while doing maintenance to the building. The noise from the pressure cleaning machine was horrendous. We decided to shorten our stay checking out a day early. Unfortunately the lift had broken down on Monday so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. Ask for help from reception but never arrived. A big thumbs down Accor on our stay after joining the rewards programme.

The apartment and view were okay. The breakfast was brilliant Mary was excellent offering great customer service The overall at Pepper’s service is totally non existent. I am a platinum member !! Forget that! Servicing of the apartment was a change of towels if your lucky. Mould in the shower was a favourite and no cleaning in 2 weeks!!! The buggy service is an absolute joke. If you’re prepared to wait over 20 minutes. They rarely answered the buggy phone. !!The management is non existent. The restaurant was closed for 5 days due to a conference. We knew where we stood Last !!! I have stayed at numerous Accor hotels and have been very happy and this stands out as the worst without a doubt Shame Shame Accor

Dirty accommodation, do not recommend

Really disappointed with the status of room. Mouldy, dusty and sticky overall and toilets were absolutely disgusting. Bed sheets were not dried hence reported but it was not resolved by the team. They said they will send someone but no one turned up. I will pick somewhere else next time.

Fabulous stay. The apartment was beautiful. Lovely quiet treetop experience. Great pool and restaurant. Short but steep walk to the beach. They have a shuttle down to the beach. Really Comfortable beds. Lovely welcome gift on arrival. Highly recommend.
