Great location for tram travel and spacious clean rooms

The hotel has a tram stop in front of it in the free tram zone. It’s a perfect location to catch the trams all over Melbourne. I’m the room was quite big and facilities nice and clean. There is a pool but it’s in another building which I didn’t have time to use. The breakfast is really nice and there is a bar area for drinks. Well staffed, I arrived late and saw some reviews about staffing for late arrivals but it was fine. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible experience. Arrived early room wasn't ready which was perfectly okay and re confirmed to have a cot ready for when the room was ready. Arrived back in the very late afternoon and the cot had still not arrived. I was then made to make the cot myself as she said she wasn't sure how to make it. The next morning I went to reception as we did not have a make room sign and requested it be made up while we were out at the zoo. I came back at 5pm and room had not been made. It took 10 minutes to get hold of reception who simply said housekeeping had left for the day and it was only him on so this could not be done. I asked for the bins to just be changed as they had nappies in them and some fresh towels. Waited around 40 minutes for the towels so we could shower but they still had not come so went out for dinner. Came back 3 hours later and the bins stank I have a toddler and a huge part of why I booked this hotel was that it was family friendly and offered daily housekeeping. I called back and said I was not happy and there was no apology just that I am the only one on and I have had heaps of drinks to be made (3 and a half hours after I called). I had to put my toddler to bed so she went to sleep in a dirty cot and with no shower. I would by no standard call this a 5 star hotel with only one staff member on to run the whole hotel. Peppers really needs to invest more in staff training and manning of staff to make sure the operations run smoothly. I have stayed in quite a few Melbourne hotels and come from a background managing hotels and this is by far the worst I have encountered. The pool is also in another building so you have to walk out in the cold to get there. This was meant to be a relaxing getaway before heading home for my daughters second birthday but I feel I have had to clean and service the room myself, this is not why I booked to stay here. I wish I booked somewhere else to stay tonight.

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ λίγο πηγαίνες να φας και το μπουφέ ήταν άδειο..Το δωμάτιο δεν το καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα..και το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν ότι η πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου δεν ήταν στο ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο έπρεπε να πας έξω να την βρεις.. το ίδιο και το Γυμναστήριο ..

Ottimo hotel, location molto comoda ai Docklands ed accanto al Marvel Stadium. E' possibile raggiungere sia la stazione centrale proprio alle spalle in linea d'aria che Southbank a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata. Il personale e' molto socievole e gentile. Le stanze sono ben arredate, silenziose, spaziose e pulite. Il letto molto comodo come anche i cuscini. Bagno pulito e funzionale. Ottimo bar ben fornito per consumare qualche drink prima di andare a letto. Colazione servita al ristorante giu' a prezzi ragionevoli, buona scelta. Prezzo ottimo rispetto ai prezzi medi in zona.

L’hotel si trova in una zona comoda per visitare la città: a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi oppure con il tram gratis fino al centro grazie alla fermata proprio sulla strada. La camera è molto confortevole, grande con tutti i confort. Il Wi-Fi ben funzionante ma non a pagamento solo entro 1 gb al giorno, questa forse è una cosa da migliorare in una città grande come Melbourne. Non abbiamo provato la colazione. Lo consiglio per viaggi di lavoro ma anche di piacere!
