Un acceuil à la réception très désagréable et incompétent avec des réceptionnistes qui se prennent pour des reines. Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder à notre chambre. Des escaliers entre les demi niveaux sans indication.... Manque d'information pour accéder aux étages depuis le parking. Parking encombré par les habitants de la copropriété qui partagent l'immeuble et place rare. Grande chambre mais salle de bain pas très propre : pas de flexible de douche et pas de bonnet de bain. Manque de service de blanchisserie et pas de laundry en self service. Accor nous avait pourtant habitué à mieux ! Heureusement nous n'y restons que 2 nuits.

We went for dinner this evening . I am the type who never leaves bad reviews but I want to in this case . The welcome there from the lady at reception was good and warm but the barman made me wait ages when I had to order my food at the bar as they wouldn't do waiter service for ppl sitting outside and we wanted to sit outside. My dressed crab was absolutely the worst seafood dish I've ever had . A tiny flavourless crab covered in hard battered breadcrumbs...zero crab flavour and texture whatsoever. The glass noodle salad was very small and hardly any herbs or spices or flavour to it either . So disappointed for the price I paid . I expected a delicious fresh meaty crab taste and that exquisite crab texture and delicious dressing . But it arrived hard and breadcrumbed . The Pina colada I ordered was mostly ice and had zero flavour to it ...and it was thin and watery . I was so looking forward to a delicious creamy flavourful coconutty Pina colada cocktail with that yummy rum and cream taste and texture ! So disappointing . The island here is astonishing and tropical and beautiful and the architecture and design of Peppers is wonderful and its swimming pool is exquisite. But the food is awful . My friends were also disappointed with theirs - one of them ordered calamari as a main dish and the portion was tiny , and my other friend had dhal which she said had no spices or flavour at all . The waitress was lovely and cheerful though so that's a star for her .

Ruime kamer, lekker ontbijt, goede locatie. Enige tip: betere zonsverduisterende gordijnen. Zicht op de baai ipv de ferry was ook nog een meerwaarde geweest. Een aanrader voor een fijn verblijf op Magnetic Island.

Praktische Lage am Fährhafen

Weitläufige stufige Anlage mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartements, auch perfekt zur Selbstversorgung, Barbecuemöglichkeit im Garten, ruhig zum Wasser hin gelegen, große Poolanlage. Hoteleingang/Rezeption liegt direkt am Fährterminal, nur sehr kleines Hinweisschild über dem Eingang. Alle Gäste, die wir getroffen haben, haben den Eingang gesucht .

L’hotel è a pochi metri dal porto dove si arriva con il traghetto, quindi comodissimo anche con i bagagli. La camera era grande e pulita. Bagno bello grande. Piscina fantastica!!!! Lo consiglio fortemente per godersi appieno il relax dell’isola.
