Dependable accommodation before early morning flights. Clean, comfortable, good air conditioning and reasonable size rooms. Hotel is staring to get a little tired and could use a refurbishment. Only issue is request for baby cot not fulfilled and had to arrange after checkin.

Hi pitched squeal every time water was used in other rooms kept us awake late into the night with the late arrivals and from 4am with the early departures. When we reported it at checkout, care factor was zero. Would not stay at this hotel again

First class, really good value, very helpful and knowledgeable hotel staff, great food, can’t fault our stay - highly recommended! Excellent airport accomodation, the hotel courtesy bus even picked me up from Hertz after I returned my rental upon our arrival. The staff were exceptional.

Car parking issues

Great food. Convenient location however arrangement with car park United soured the experience. Was told at reception to park hire car on level 4 which I did however was not aware that it needed to be behind boom gate on level 4 located behind the lift. This resulted in a $50 charge to United on top of $29 fee also charged by Mantra. You need to explain these details to your customers as they do not understand your business arrangements. Also United car parking staff told me Mantra were “dodgy” which I found extremely unprofessional.

It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport but the shuttle was free, really easy and runs 24/7. Make sure to call them once you get your bags. Check-in was easy, the guy on duty was really helpful and members get a free drink in the bar. Bar/restaurant could use a little bit of love but it was fine. If you can get a good price, it's absolutely fine for a one night stay.
