Great place to stay in Port Macquarie

Overnight stay, wish we stayed longer! Location is right opposite the beach and surf club, great walking tracks, lots of places to eat and drink. Rooms spacious and very comfortable beds. Spectacular views in all directions. We had a two bedroom apartment with three balconies, great airflow and area is quiet.

The staff were kind and friendly when checking in. That is all I can say about good. We were in room 605-1 and the entry was very interesting and unexpected. The key was to open first door which slam shut and use key again to enter own room. Whoever was in room next to us was in and out throughout the night. Doors continued to be slammed shut and almost impossible to sleep all night. It also did not help that the bed was uncomfortable. We were told throughout the day by many people that we looked very tired. We did have a second night reserved to stay but chose to leave. We were nice and turned in key to let staff know that we were leaving. They offered a different room but "no, Thank you." Not sure when we have a plan for another trip back to Australia but will remember not to stay at hotel again.

This is my second time at the Mantra. We love the penthouse and always have a fabulous time. Rooms are clean, service is great. Location and view spectacular. Will be back again soon. Thank you for always looking after us and what a wonderful time we had.

A beautiful room at a beautiful hotel. Love the location, the hot tub and the pool. The enclosed outdoor area was perfect for my son to study as a second room. The beach was across the road and the hotel was walking distance to the shops / centre of town.

Die Lage des Hauses am schönsten Strand von Port Macquarie ist schwer zu übertreffen, zumal man in 15 Minuten Fußweg auch in der Ortsmitte ist, wo es Auswahl an Läden und Restaurants gibt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, alle zum Meer ausgerichtet und mit großen Balkonen. Es handelt sich wie bei allen "Mantra"-Häusern um ein Selbstversorger-Hotel, die Ausstattung dafür einschließlich Waschmaschine und Trockner (1 Wascheinheit für je 2 Zimmer) durchaus ausreichend. Für ein Selbstversorger-Hotel sehr ordentlicher Servive -- jeden Tag kommt jemand mit frischen Handtüchern, den Müll abzuholen, die Kaffeebar aufzufüllen. Kotenloses Parken in der Tiefgarage.
