Hotel nel complesso carino ma le camere standard sono talmente piccole che non siamo riusciti a far entrare le valigie. Una finestra minuscola. Impossibile stare in camera perché sembrava di essere in un bunker. Abbiamo richiesto una camera più grande a pagamento ma non era disponibile. Purtroppo non avevano capito questo particolare al momento prenotazione.

Albergo caratterizzato da piu unita staccate l'una dall'altra proprio sopra il lago.presa una suite, due camere molto piccole e al primo piano un gransissimo salone, con cucina. Non utilizzabile di Norma . Colazione notmale. Troppi turisti

La stanza standard conta 14 m2... il che significa che tolto il bagno e il letto , non ci restava neanche lo spazio per aprire la valigia! Abbiamo dovuto spingere il letto alla parete per poter aprire i bagagli (uno per volta , non c’era spazio altrimenti) e così facendo comunque non potevamo aprire completamente la porta della camera . Probabilmente può andare bene solo a backpackers e gnomi.

We have a number of other room types available offering larger living spaces and varying layouts, perhaps one of these would be a superior selection upon a return stay. At Peppers, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please be assured we a looking at opportunities to improve the levels of comfort offered in our standard Hotel rooms and will certainly take these comments into consideration. Posto da favola. Siamo stati una notte sola per via del tour serrato per la nuova zelanda. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere una camera con vista lago e ciò ha trasformato il pernottamento in qualcosa di romantico ed emozionante. Paesaggio splendido e vista mozzafiato, peccato essere rimasti solo una notte! Ristorante top, piatti buonissimi e dolci squisiti: consigliatissimo per le coppie, meno per le famiglie. Ottima posizione da diverse attività e luoghi storici ( la sola chiesa ma vale la pena vederla)

Resort confortevole, ma il Wi-Fi.......

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti in questo resort che dispone di appartamenti di due piani: a quello inferiore si trova una piccola zona living ed una zona pranzo con cucita dotata di accessori ed un balconcino con vista parziale sul lago, mentre al piano superiore si trova la stanza da letto ed il bagno. L'appartamento è pulito e comodo, e si trova a poca distanza a piedi dal piccolissimo centro abitato, dal supermercato ed ai principali ristoranti. Il resort è anche provvisto di parcheggio gratuito all’interno della struttura. E adesso andiamo all’aspetto molto negativo: al check-in scopriamo che il Wi-Fi è gratuito fino a 250 MB ogni 24 ore, oltre si paga (20 NZD per 1 GB). Scopriamo poi che vi sono problemi a collegarsi e la linea si interrompe spesso. Infine, scopriamo che le 24 ore non corrispondono ad un giorno solare ma partono dal momento del check-in: pertanto, avendo noi effettuato il check alle 18, ed avendo utilizzato i 250 MB al mattino del giorno successivo, abbiamo pio dovuto attendere nuovamente le 18 per usufruire degli altri 250 MB di Wi-Fi

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to write about your recent stay with us. We are glad to know that the accommodation you stayed in was able to meet your expectations , I appreciate your feedback surrounding the limited Wi-Fi, as your recent visit would have demonstrated we are in a relatively remote location as such we do not have the availability of ultra-fast for fibre broad band, the alternative is a satellite based solution that provides solid and stable bandwidths but is unfortunately limited. Whilst we would ultimately prefer to provide complimentary Wi-Fi to all guests to meet expectations we do need to consider the 300+ guests we have on site daily and the relevant usage that would invite assuming an unmetered allocation was provided, we have in fact trialled this but found that the integrity of the network suffered and all users were impacted hence the ‘fence’ on data, we have found this is a the best way to preserve the overall integrity of the network for all users so that those requiring greater use of the network are guaranteed the best possible allocation and speeds whilst those not requiring as much are less likely to contribute to any unnecessary use. So apologies from the Bluewater team that your internet expectations were not met and I hope the above goes at least a little way to help explain the background to our current systems. Although we are not expecting the very expensive infrastructure for the town to be in place soon, it is something as a member of the Tekapo business community that we are constantly pushing for and hope to improvements sooner rather than later. Once again our apologies and thank you for the feed back as your feedback certainly help improve our services. Thanks a lot Kind Regards
