Nice view of the lake. Really close to the local shops. There was no housekeeping although it was requested and a few things didn’t work.

We had a nice experience at Peppers Lake Tekapo. We got the one bedroom mountain view villa. It was a large apartment with a full kitchen and dining space. Bed was extremely comfy. Very clean and tidy. Very happy and would be back again. The only thing we didn’t have a great experience with was the restaurant the food wasn’t the best. Staff were all very lovely.

Great view, but outdated, lacking customer service quality

We were taken with the view, regretted afterwards as the rooms were cold and we had to ask a few times and took 24 hours to get space heaters. The carpet and couches are so old and dusty, squeaky floors throughout. Queenstown is highly recommended, can’t recommend this place, there must be more decent places.

Lovely resort close to the Lake front of Lake Tekapo. We stayed in a unit which had a pull out double sofa bed and well equipped kitchenette on the top floor .On the ground floor was the bedroom with twin bed and the bathroom. Entire accomodation was big and clean. Under the staircase was even a washing machine. The accomodation is more suited for long stays.We really liked the spacious feel of the cottage styled accomodation. We didn't use the restaurant.Everything one would need was stocked in the room . The bathroom had a bath tub and shower. Overall a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay here. May be bit pricey but then its a big place that they are giving you.Ideal for families.
