Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife - lovely! Good 4 star hotel - clean, well presented, everything worked. No USB ports, but a minor problem. Underground free car parking, lovely sun shelter covered rooftop pool (and gym / bbq facilities) with great view. Perfect location for exploring harbour / town centre, lovely walk into mangroves along the river, loads of restaurants about. Friendly staff. Great! Would happily stay again.

Check in was friendly and efficient. The property was very well maintained and our room was lovely. When you spend a lot of time driving and are very tired all you want is a comfy bed and a good shower, the mantra quayside had this, as well as a coffee pod machine and excellent wifi. Doesn’t get better than that.

Room was great, clean and very good value for money. Stayed for 2 weeks in studio room looking over the quay. Full housekeeping service was provided due to long stay, no room service but Indian & Korean/Japanese restaurants downstairs. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay, rooms clean, spacious, views, nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything. Highly recommended, and definitely staying again Staff friendly and accommodating, nothing a problem and all very happy at work , so nice to see Great place.

They booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults and what we received was a 1 bedroom apartment . Queen size bed, towels for 2 people only, mouldy smell, dirty carpet.I told friends in Port Macquarie about this place and they were not surprised.
