Disappointed with overall cleanliness. Having stayed before, I noticed a difference this trip, and furnishings were stained and smelly, dirty floors, tired & stained carpets, bathrooms were dirty and mouldy, and when I moved the bed to plug in my phone charger there was a pile up of dust under the bed!!! The stove/oven needed a good clean too. Then the smaller things like couldn't use the fridge door to stand bottles in due shelf broken, and ice tray provided was an old plastic one that had cracks in it!!! A pathetic small rubbish bin provided that had to be emptied frequently. Outdoor furniture old and worn out, and most uncomfortable. Table ineffective as uneven surface meant you couldn't even stand a wine glass on it!! Things would have to improve dramatically for me to stay here again I'm sorry to say, as it's a great location with a gorgeous outlook over the water!

Beautiful view from my hotel room. Very helpful staff! Very convenient, central location. Crocosaurus park and shopping center are just around the corner. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant at the hotel. I would recommend the hotel. Good value for the money. Thank you all.

Comfy bed, fabulous location sitting on the balcony watching the sunset, Internet is horrible, very central to everything, shops out the back door, great pathways for walking across the road, restaurants at your doorstep, friendly staff, could do with some new furniture on the balcony to be a little more comfortable but that’s just our opinion, sliding doors are in need of cleaning. Overall we would stay here again.

Great room overlooking the Esplanade. Spectacular sunsets. One-bedroom apartment was very clean and well-appointed with everything you need. Self-catering was easy - only a short walk to Coles. Pool area not very inviting - no shade or landscaping. No restaurant on site but could order room service until 9pm from next door hotel. Located near many restaurants, pubs and cafes. Wifi was great.

The room looked very tired. Could use a good clean and update. From the cutlery to couch. Only good thing was the view and closeness to town. We hired a car and wanted a safe area to park and were charged for that also. When we have travelled we usually use Airbnb or Stayz. I think we'll stick to them in the future.
