Don't ever stay there

It is a pretty cold unfriendly place,except for one very nice lady at the reception. It really is a huge block of units that cannot be called a hotel.It is diy with luggage,you have to find a trolley and push it yourself. There are a few shops nearby,you can't even get breakfast in there,you need to walk over the road to Peppers. The one bedroom suite is all very nice,the good thing was there is a washer and dryer. If you want to get warm,try getting the air conditioner to work...it is out in the lounge room,nothing but a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The phone doesn't work to ring reception,I had to call them on my mobile to get through to them. Oh,there is one other good thing,we could park our car in the car spaces under the building.We would NOT recommend staying there,also it's out in the sticks in Kingscliff.

We stayed at this resort for 2 nights and the experience was great. We had our 2.5 year daughter with us and the front Desk Manager Sand was very helpful and genuinely addressed our needs couple of times. Resort facilities were great and breakfast was very delicious.

Fantastic parking, plentiful and free/ great walking trails and ocean views/ loads of quality food and beverage options for all budgets/ supermarkets close by and lots of retailers and fuel etc . Magnificent gardens everywhere to enjoy/ secure complex/ reception staff friendly and helpful and recognized the accor membership thank you. The apartments are all individually owned which is a terrible business model for these kinds of property and not only that you have many apartments owner occupied which means that you are having fun on holidays and your next door neighbour wants to get up early for work ???? see what I mean..... The apartment next to us had their tv on very late every night full blast but what can we say when it is that persons home , this is really odd. The apartment we had had a huge i mean huge balcony great oceans views , the pools look incredible we would love to use on another stay. The lobby and public areas are spacious and make you feel like you are at a quality resort. The apartment had foxtel well done for this we loved it, the laundry facilities excellent. The apartments do need a refurb, and also housekeeping staff need more time to clean the kitchens, our kitchen was sticky and dirty so we had to clean it. be careful not to burn the toast as this is another property that will charge you for the fire brigade. The bar was only open on the weekend, restaurant at peppers was worth a try but again they need to replace lounges and furniture and bring up to standard.

Good location, well kept facilities, clean and nice grounds, been coming over the years and is maintained so well, almost to the day it opened, never seen it in any other way than impeccable. Nice rooms, great lagoon pool and good restaurants and shops.
