Mantra French Quarter is a resort located on Noosa's famous Hastings Street on the Sunshine Coast.
The resort offers direct access to shopping, dining and entertainment precinct, making it the perfect place to enjoy the best of Noosa. From our doorstep you can also walk to the National Park and Main Beach.
At the centre of the Resort is a pool, spa, sauna and outdoor barbecue picnic area with a children's wading pool that can be accessed from your room via pathways surrounded by resort gardens.

1 and 2 bedroom apartments mean you can luxuriate in an expansive home away from home. Holiday with friends and family easily in one of the larger apartments, or escape solo or with a partner in a smaller apartment, just the two of you. Large, wide balconies and terraces mean breakfast and morning coffee outdoors is just a few steps away. Slide open the large doors and create a tropical bungalow that's all your own.

The pool area has been completely transformed and redesigned to include a 'water blade' water feature from the pool bridge as well as two new poolside decks that provides more space for guests to utilise during their stay with us.

The staff at Reception was very friendly and professional. The pool is really good! The Appartment was nice and clean .Unbeatable location just near main beach and National park. I would highly recommend this place and definitely stay at French Quarter again.

Excellent resort. The room 331 was newly renovated with great pool views. Walk directly past pool to Hastings Street with cafes coffee icecream and straight onto the beach. No car required! The resort is ideally located and great for families. We will return!

Mantra's French Quarter Noosa apartments are on Hasting Street, at Halse Lane, the quieter end which is a cull-der-sac, so you wont be disturbed by traffic noise. Apartments have a large balcony, roomy living area and well-equipped kitchen. Bedroom comfortable, bathroom large with washer & dryer.

We only stayed 1 night breaking up drive to Brisbane. The location was perfect, right on Hastings Street. The hotel itself needs a do up. Lots of warn areas. Both in the apartment and the complex. Staff were friendly. There was a couple of areas concerning with cleaning pics will show.

I stayed here with a friend (Aug '24) and found the amount of noise hard to take: Could not hold a conversation over the barby due to reno noise. Impromtu fire alarm tests - really??? What were you guys thinking? Halse Lane hostel party. Ok, outside your direct control, but aren't there EPA limits or council regs to control noise levels at night? So much light spill in the room that I kept waking each night thinking it morning; only to find it wasn't even 2am. Yeah, yeah, 1st world problems you say, but no, we pay handsomely for some well-earned R&R here. On the plus side, great location and good pool.
