I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower, however I am very sorry for the condition of the apartment on arrival. What you have described regarding the cleanliness of the floors and the porta cot is not acceptable and does not reflect the standards we aim to deliver. I am also disappointed to hear about your interaction with our team, as this is not the level of service we expect.
