Enjoyed our stay, only disappointment was not getting any housekeeping due to COVID-19 restrictions, especially being there for 7 nights and paying $274/night we expected more. This would’ve been nice to know beforehand.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very impressed and great value for money. Paula the Reception Lady could not have made our welcome more positive and luxurious- Thankyou. Great pool area with BBQ’s, the rooms are crazy large and each room has their own front portico and Webber bbq as well. The outdoor shower is brilliant. Great parking facilities and so close to cable beach/divers. Put this on your list to check out. So worth it. Thanks Mantra Frangipani. M & J, Mandurah

Didnt like that the rooms dont get cleaned. Furiture is old and some of the fence was broken. For the amount of money you pay i would have expected better

Just to clarify, our apartments are self contained and only stays longer than a week receive a complimentary service. We have limited the amount of items left in apartments as part of our ALLSAFE program to combat the spread of Covid-19 in our hotels. Minimising the amount of items in a room will minimise touch points between guests. That said, all items are readily available to collect from reception. We had a disabled room No34 as I am in a wheelchair. The room was a good size for me to easily get around in my chair. The toilet was easily accessible and had the required handrails. The shower being outside was very easy for me to access with no step and a wide sliding door. The fold down shower seat was very good. The lack of hand handrails was an issue. It makes transferring more difficult. The shower head was on a hose and easily shifted up and down. Over all the room was very comfortable for either a disabled or able bodied visitors.

I have emailed you with no response the other guests paid $250 a night and we paid more than $400 can you let me know why They were not members of anything

With regards to your pricing query, We work off a dynamic pricing structure and there are many reason you paid a different rate to another guest - length of stay, occupancy at the time of booking, loyalty rates for return guests. As I have no idea which guest you are comparing your rates to, I do not know the exact reason that they had a different rate to you but I would expect that they would have been staying with us longer and therefore offered a lower rate. We had a great time at the Mantra Frangipani, we arrived late, but found an envelope at reception with clear instructions and a map to find our room. The room is spacious and clean, with all the essentials you could want in the property. The outdoor shower is a great touch too. As a base to explore the surrounding area, it’s a great choice, with ample parking spaces at either entrance of the resort. A couple of swimming pools on site, if you don’t want to get out and about, indoor cooking facilities and an outdoor private patio with BBQ, if you don’t feel the need to dine out every day. There are quite a lot of units on the site, but they are arranged in such a way that makes you Feel secluded from any other properties, with good privacy. My only suggestion for improvement would be having a coffee machine in the apartment instead of instant coffee, but that’s just me! If you are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, you can’t go far wrong checking in here. We will certainly be back the next time we are escaping the cold winter weather in Perth.

Broome itself is lovely ,our week was very hot so we spent rather more time inside that hoped. The lady on reception was both helpful and considerate. This was a stay in a covid periods it may not be a normal situation
