The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful organising a late checkout and very responsive to requests. Great swimming pools and gardens, and well located for the bus and the beach.

The rooms are variable in terms of state of repair. Our room was great this time. Only thing I’d like to mention is that we arrived early due check in. There was no expectation to get into the room early but I was promised a text notification when the room was available. We sat outside reception for 45 minutes until 1.59pm check in at 2pm and went to reception to check. The room had been available for some time and no one thought to tell us.

Clean well serviced rooms with a barbecue ( so we can self-cater) and a choice of two pools. Easy walk to Cable Beach and a couple of local restaurants. We keep going back.

Not a great experience when you arrive in the dark after reception has closed and there's nowhere to go to eat or drink.

Not great!! Very uncomfortable couch and bed, bedroom aircon not working, lack of kitchen equipment, outside fan nearly falling off. Place needs complete refurbish stayed in unit 12. Reception staff very nice. Overall very disappointing!!

Welcoming staff, and a lovely, well-equiped room. The pool was luxurious, a little heating would have made it perfect, but it was refreshing and had lots of shelter from the sun

Too far to anything without a car or 20 min walk. No basic food items available for purchase at motel 7 days before room service too long as would have liked clean towels
