I found the $672 per night room overpriced and dated. Only shower was outside and soap dispensers empty. As a platinum guest no complementary breakfast, no capacity for free drink. Not hard to have a stock on hand. The little things all missing.

Good stay and location close to bus stop and walking distance to Cable Beach.

Room was a little dated with one aircon and one power point not working although other aircon was sufficient. The basin area is ok but taps dripped a little. Kitchenette very adequate and well stocked. It was pleasant to have pool facility.

I’ve been staying at this place for over 15years. I’m so disappointed this stay. I asked if someone could call me once room was ready, no one called. I had to call them, I asked which unit I would be placed and wouldn’t tell me until I checked in. Never been a problem before. Also noted on website that accommodation was cheaper than an Accor member rate that I paid for. Then checked room and was very old, everything same as 15 years ago. Couch so uncomfortable feels like your falling forward no support at all. Room is nothing like the fresh looking one on website and ones I’ve stayed at last year and year before. Frying pan still had burnt food on it. Front outdoor area had heaps of leaves and lounge unclean. Cracks from water leaks on walls. Put me up the end away from all lovely garden views and pools. Place was not fully booked and booked early. No complimentary water like previously received or tissues in room. No personal touches at all. What is the point of being an Accor member/loyal yearly stayer when this is how you’re treated. This is definitely not worth the money spent. And would really consider using another place to stay next year which will value my loyalty

Accommodation was quite well located and adequate although could do with a spruce up. Good kitchenette and very spacious lounge and bedroom area with outdoor shower. Two pools were welcome relief after a day out and the proximity to bus stop awesome.
