Unfortunately your linen was unclean, I now have bed bug bites & I found a dead cockroach between the sheets

The overall experience was good the only thing I would say is that the room was not cleaned particularly well. There was wrapping and old toilet rolls laying on the window shelf in the bathroom. The floors were not particularly clean. Service from the reception desk was amazing, the staff member who checked me in was superb she went out of her way to share information and made me feel extremely welcome thanks.
