Thanks ton-staff who moved people around to secure the adjoining apartment. Staff are very responsive and most helpful and friendly. Our 2 bed apartment felt dated and the shower needs a refresh. Smelt and felt old compared to what you are charging. The lounge was terrible and felt like it was going to break and kind of felt dirty and old. That was a but disappointing to be honest.

Modern accommodation with a relaxing pool area. Short 15 minute walk to Cable Beach and a bus stop right outside with a service every 30 minutes until about 6.30pm.

We have been staying at the frangipani many times over the past years. We enjoy the good size apartments with separate living space and outdoor shower. The pool is great. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The apartments are getting a bit tired and could do with some upgrades. Our apartment 16 has a very damaged toilet seat which would harbour germs. Things like this should not be unnoticed and the staff should be trained to notice things like this so they are replaced when needed. We did find there was a language barrier with cleaning staff and a misunderstanding occurred and some things were thrown out that we had requested to be placed in our friends room before she arrived. The pool furniture was a little unclean (bird droppings). This is the first visit we’ve had that we felt that the cleanliness and service not quite as good as previous years. Having said that the reception was always responsive in our requests and we will be back. Thank you for your assistance. Regards K & S

The damaged toilet seat in Unit 16 should have been identified and replaced, and we will be reviewing this along with pool furniture cleanliness and auditing these areas across the resort. I am also sorry for the misunderstanding with housekeeping that resulted in your belongings being disposed of. We genuinely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, particularly as a returning guest, as it helps us address issues before they affect future stays. We stayed for 4 nights. we loved the large apartment and the outdoor shower. The outdoor mats were very hard, a very minor point. Thank you for the soap you left, we loved it. The location was good too, easy walking to cable beach an the bus to town. reception staff were all excellent

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful organising a late checkout and very responsive to requests. Great swimming pools and gardens, and well located for the bus and the beach.

The rooms are variable in terms of state of repair. Our room was great this time. Only thing I’d like to mention is that we arrived early due check in. There was no expectation to get into the room early but I was promised a text notification when the room was available. We sat outside reception for 45 minutes until 1.59pm check in at 2pm and went to reception to check. The room had been available for some time and no one thought to tell us.
