Vue magnifique ! Appartement 120 délabré et sale … fuyez ! Quelle déception pour nous 4 😔 : blatte sous l’évier ,odeur d’humiditée ,vaisselle sale et usée ,oreiller sale ,déchets sous le lit , poussière sur les cintres les lampes etc …. Le petit plus l’appartement «  has been » Mais que fait la direction de l’hôtel ? aucun contrôle qualité , de suivi … Cela ne semble pas être leur priorité au vu des multiples avis négatifs concernant la propreté et l’hygiène . Des mots d’excuses ,c’est facile !!!! Heureusement ,un autre appartement nous a été proposé . Nous ne recommandons pas cette établissement ! Une honte pour un établissement du groupe Accor

Amazing location with the best views but the room was extremely outdated and needed a lot of repairs and updates. The couch was very uncomfortable and all the furniture was outdated and looking very old. we stayed in room 156

Located overlooking K'Gari, the resort is close to shops, clubs and cafes. Units have everything you need in them and comfortable bed and lounge. Undercover parking for each unit and direct access to the beach. The washing machine in the unit was a bonus. Staff were great and all the facilities were clean and well kept.

Disappointed. Paid AUD420.00 for a two bedroom apartment (unit41) and it was so run down. The multiple keys to access gates, doors and garages is crazy - no swipe cards. We were 3rd floor and no lift access so carrying suitcases etc up flights of stairs not ideal. Stairwell also smells like urine or something old. No WIFi which is not well outlined in accommodation brief. Other stuff: - outside furniture rusted and kept together with black duck tape - damaged doors in apartment have plaster over holes - cupboards and doors damaged - thin walls - can hear neighbours snoring and peeing in toilet - aircon unit so old and missing front unit part - sounds like an aeroplane when operating - kettle and toaster hard to find - found in fuse cupboard - leather couch is so old that the you fall backwards into it when sitting on it - no shower curtain so water splashes out into entire bathroom and hallway so tow low laid on tiled floor to avoid slipping over. Understand these apartments are individually owned, but some basic standards should be required. Shame this accomodation is part of the Accor Group of hotels ( Peppers, Sebel, Mantra) - really brings their reputation down. Would highly recommend you book a motel room closer to main centre for half the price.
