Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The gardens and views are stunning. I loved how the room feels so connected to the rainforest gardens surrounding you. The sky light open roof in the bathroom is amazing to observe the stars while you relax in the spa. The kitchen was clean and stylish with a fresh new look. The huge windows all had blackout curtains so I could sleep in and also enjoy the gardens views that screened us really well from the neighbours. The facilities were very enjoyable with heated pools and spas and great open BBQ area’s with undercover seating and tables. It’s too much to talk about but the overall feeling was peaceful with happy vibes.

The resort is old. Everything is old, from the oversized spa in the room, to the drink stations at breakfast. Breakfast was simply awful. Tasteless, bland, stale bread, and a creepy chef staring at you while you get food. There's not enough lighting around the resort at night and using the pool/hot tub past dark is taking your life or at least your limbs in your hands. This is not a place I'd revisit or pay this kind of money to stay again.

Great little get away stay

We were pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is an older-style place to stay but honestly, the room was comfortable, and the location was perfect. We stayed for 5 days and 4 out of 5 days we had rain on and off yet we were still able to use the outdoor spa due to it being covered over and the indoor pool if we wanted to. We had rooms with the spa which also meant we could have a warm spa at night. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, we had lots of wildlife hanging around which was also very nice. It is a place we will be coming back to that's for sure and hopefully with some warmer weather.

Beautiful grounds, walking trails close by, not far from Coffs main shopping area, staff were friendly. View from the restaurant was fantastic, good choice of drinks but main meal choice was limited. Lamb backstrap was a bit tough, prawn gnocchi was delicious and the steak was too. One night we waited 75mins for our meal. Our order was possibly forgotten. We were given a free drink and our meal arrived about 15mins later. Other nights, service was great and we received our meal in reasonable time. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. Access to the room from the Carpark is hilly and not direct. We weren't offered Porter service or even told luggage trolleys are available. That would have been helpful. Overall, lovely place and I would be happy to go back.

We stayed here recently and wish we had been able to stay. Set in rainforest style environment but right on the beach. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and peaceful sleeping. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were situated to enjoy the beautiful views
