Hotel jest dobrze zlokalizowany. Na plus recepcja dla klientów priorytetowych, która chyba w moich wizytach w hotelach sieci Accor pierwszy raz działała bez zarzutu. Była dobrze oznakowana i był tam pracownik. Hotel jest bardzo duży ale wszystko jest dobrze oznakowane. Pokój ok ale nie przerósł oczekiwań. W hotelu jest sporo sklepów, w tym spożywczy. Śniadania jak na standardy Stanów Zjednoczonych było ok. Na minus, brak upgradu i nie zrozumiała sytuacja z welcome drinkiem. Podczas meldowania otrzymałem od Pani z recepcji torbę z paczką ciastek i dwiema metalowymi butelkami z wodą. Po dwóch dniach chciałem skorzystać z welcome drinka. W recepcji dowiedziałem się, w którym barze można z niego skorzystać. Okazało się, że w aplikacji nie ma kupno, więc wróciłem do recepcji. Tam pracownik wręczył mi ponownie torbę z wodą i ciastami informując, że to jest welcome drink. Sytuacja dosyć dziwna, bo nie wiem czy za pierwszym razem otrzymałem wstawkę do pokoju czy welcome drink.

Cieszymy się, że docenił Pan naszą lokalizację oraz efektywność obsługi w recepcji dla klientów priorytetowych. To dla nas ważne, aby nasi goście czuli się dobrze obsługiwani. Przykro nam, że doświadczenie związane z welcome drinkiem nie spełniło Pana oczekiwań. Pragniemy wyjaśnić, że zgodnie z naszą polityką, welcome drink jest oferowany w formie napoju alkoholowego lub bezalkoholowego, a torba z wodą i ciastkami była naszym sposobem na powitanie gości. Rozumiemy, że mogło to być mylące i dziękujemy za zwrócenie na to uwagi. W przyszłości postaramy się lepiej informować naszych gości o dostępnych opcjach. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za Pańskie uwagi. Disappointment and Disappearng water bottle

I stayed at this hotel in October and I left behind my water bottle in my room. My water bottle had an address label with my name and mailing address. I called the hotel and spoke to someone in housekeeping. They promised to speak to the housekeeper who cleaned my room and call me back. I never saw the water bottle again and never received a callback from the hotel.

Been doing staycation for 17yrs, always another hotel/resort, between ending September to mid October. During the hot season, always love the people that work there, the breakfasts, the bars or restaurants we go to, the tub baths, king size beds, house slippers & robes, kitchenette, or actual kitchen, always a lanai or balcony. Thank you like always.

Good family comfort

This is a low key comfortable hotel with Aloha. No pretentious overtones. There is a good restaurant and pub. The top floor has a high end restaurant with great views. The pool is small but really we go there for the proximity of the mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good rates for kamaina.

Amazing staff in housekeeping and catering and convention services

Recently spent 5 nights at Ala Moana in the Waikiki tower ocean view double room. The double rooms are relatively small, but feature a refrigerator and microwave. The views are nice of the marina. The housekeeping staff is amazing Melicia M was my housekeeper on the 28th floor and was so friendly and helpful. Further, was at a meeting and travel a ton to conferences and meeting and wanted to mention the exceptional catering and convention services team. Seldom have I seen a better team in place. Everyone really was amazing at making sure the entire stay was great. I might also mention, a bit of info at check-in other than your room number and elevator location might have been helpful. I probably would have done a 4.5 if possible.
