Good location for the upper end shopping in the area. Check in at 1600, is very average. Check in process leaves a lot to be desired. We had 2 stays at the hotel, with a short trip to big island. The hotel was empty on second arrival and I was lined up in Accor premium check in and was directed to wait in line, no one in whole building but a lady who never had a smile on her face for the entire 7 day stay. Being an Accor member in this hotel is of no value. Staff at check in process could be a little more helpful. I asked for a map of things to see/do, got handed a map with were we are on it, soooo helpful. Pity, so we probably won’t stay here again.

Stay was good. A little disappointed that I did not get the rate that we were quoted for extending our stay by one night. Was $317 per room for the extra night. Saw on your website a lower rate for the same room type. The front desk was unhelpful when we inquired about it.
