The room was okay (not four stars standard) but the breakfast was another disappointment. Dirty plates, an unappetizing buffet, and ants in the restaurant quickly made us realize that we didn’t want to stay here one more night. We don’t recommend this hotel.

Отель уже не новый, пошарпанный, все в пятнах, ковры, спа-центр все рваное, не чисто. На завтраке не хватает посуды, многое не вкусно. Странно для Ибиса, везде где бывала вкусные завтраки. Плюсы, что есть холодильник и. чайник. Это очень хорошо. Размер комнаты большой, большая ванная. Только очень неудобно вылезать из-за высокого бордюра.

Rooms are quite big y silent. There is a lounge in floor 15 where you can have a great 270 grads view of Sarajevo and some snacks. No alcohol is sold/offered at the hotel, so if needed, you can go outside to get some. There is a wide range of options for vegans. Available parking places.

Ok hotel but pricey. Not close to downtown.

The hotel looks ok when you first walk in. For a hotel this pricey, I didn’t expect to find mildew in the bathroom and a door that wouldn’t lock. Nice big room. The hotel isn’t close to downtown, so if you want to see anything or do some shopping for unique items, you have to take transit or taxi.

The hotel staff are rude and not interested in international guests. We had one night that was not welcoming at all. 1. Restaurant and the Hotel lobby and bars are alcohol free. Even though they advertise their top view bar, its a dry bar that is not advertised and you are only told on arrival. 2. In the restaurant for dinner we filled our glass with cold water from the drinks dispenser and was told that we could not have water as it was only for the other guests (locals) 3. We pretty much had to beg for tap water from the kitchen area as they were not giving us water. You could order soda drinks, and my coke was delivered warm. 4. Dinner was slapped down and rudely delivered as it was a set menu and staff were not interested in our requests or questions 5. Food was cold soup, bland chicken and rice and a stale chocolate kind of cake 6. Demands for payment of drinks was like we were criminals and not welcomed to stay 7. Breakfast buffet was average with hot food actually cold. 8. The top view bar that is a alcohol free bar is welcoming to locals, but no customer service is looked at for international guests. 9. No free bottle water in rooms or arrival, no milk cream for coffee in rooms.
